Bad service and broken accesories in the room
AutumnSkylaron 11/11/2011 06:47The facilities were nice, but there was a constant smoke odor in the lobby and hallways. The hotel claims to be a 4 stars hotel, but the service was lacking and rude.
The toilet cover and some tea cups in the room were broken before we arrived. Not only they did not replace those broken accesories, but they tried to charge us for breaking them. We explained that they were broken before we arrived, but they did not believe us because WE SHOULD HAVE REPORTED THEM even though it is their job to make sure everything is fine before guests arrive. None of the representatives spoke English, and the manager was NOT AVAILABLE. This kind of service is not acceptable in any kind of hotel, specially one that claims to be 4 stars.
I do not recommend this hotel. Go to one that understands customer experience better.
Surprising nice hotel in a mostly residential neighborhood
totochion 02/12/2010 18:55Pretty nice hotel about 15 minutes walk from the Beijing South Railway Station. I upgraded to the business room which is supposed to be 45m2. The room was good sized, and came with LCD TV and attached computer. Bathroom was also large and clean with separate tub, shower, and toilet. I got the non-smoking room and the room/linens did not smell like cigarettes, though the towels did. Breakfast was included in the room price but wasn't that good; I only ate there 1 out of 7 nights. Stayed a week and paid RMB450/night through Ctrip.
