Rick Mon 30/06/2017 04:13Friendly staff and the room was good. They also serve food which is handy if you are looking to eat without the hassle of finding a restaurant. Stayed for 2 nights and also left bag in storage whilst I travelled down to Cheerapunji with a day pack which was very helpful.
Very pleasant riverfront stay

The guesthouse is in a good location right on the riverside near the ferry ghat and across from a small park, so it's quite easy to step outside to watch an epic sunset or two over the Brahmaputra. The manager of the guesthouse was very kind and did his best to ensure that everything was to our liking and that we could find what we needed.
Nice comfortable stay
VisheshUnnion 25/06/2017 19:23Stayed here for a couple of days. The room we stayed in was quite comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Friendly folks, and their food is also quite good. Do try their lunch thaali, if possible. The location is also quite good, in probably the best part of the city.
Unprofessional and irresponsible
basaksumiton 10/06/2017 09:59I booked this through Booking.com and got a booking confirmation email. But after that no further communication from anyone. On the date of booking I called them 5hrs prior that we are running late so will reach to your place by evening. That time they ignored that they don't have such booking. I forwarded the email immediately from my mobile. Then after a few calls they agreed and ask me to pay the money immediately via imps. I told, I am currently driving and will reach to your place in next 4 to 5 hrs (just crossing the kokrajhar region), but they simply ignore and push back to pay immediately.
The way they speak, I feel embarrassing and finally decide not to go there. From TripAdvisor I found SJ International hotel, called them. When reach, a warm welcome along with a wonderful night stay there, as the very next day I started for shillong.

123saurabhson 09/06/2017 12:59The guest house is very nice with good location. We were upgraded to suite room since they had no normal rooms when we arrived. The hospitality is very good. Overall it was a good experience with good people.
