Stayed at Hilton, Arpora for 2 days. Booked for a lagoon view room. But did not get a room by the lagoon as they said it was all occupied. Was wondering whether I wud get some sort of compensation for that but in vain. But room standard and hospitality was good. Good experience overall.

This hotel scores on two fronts. 1) being located close by to the main beaches of North Goa 2) complete value for money. You end you up paying for a three star while you enjoy a totally rich hotel experience.

I enjoyed the stay here, they gave us an excellent service. We enjoyed every moment and time spent here. Staff is great here, always happy and always smiling and always ready to help us. My best experience was: We had a train back to Mumbai in evening at 8, but had to check at 1 in the afternoon. After check out we went for site seeing,and Hotel staff made sure that, when we came back they secured our luggage and even made arrangements for bathing and changing cloths in the spa area. This was just amazing and touched my heart, we never faced any kind of inconvenience and would always recommend friends and family to opt for this Hotel. The location is far away from main beaches, however for couple travelers who wants to spend that "we" time together, this is the best hotel to go for.

Excellent. Best Hilton Hotel experience I have had yet. The staff is particularly helpful and accommodating. Thank you! The pool is excellent. If you can get a first floor room, access is just out the back door from the room. The breakfast includes Indian dishes which are yummy.

Paradise in Goa

A stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was amazing. I have no compliments, only good words! Staff organised our room to be ready 3 hours earlier than original check in time and a late check out by 2 hours at no extra cost. We were given a warm cookie and welcome drink on arrival. The hotel met a request for a pool access room so we were very happy! The room was clean and beautiful with good air conditioning and a large comfortable bed with good linen and pillows. Pool was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Pool and hotel grounds were very beautiful and clean and green. Poolside service and the hotel restaurants had amazing service and quality of food, particularly food and service at the Taal vegetarian restaurant. Our spa experience was great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed the massage, staff were very professional and skilled. On departure, hotel organised a taxi for us very quickly and at a decent price. Would 100% stay here again and again. Wonderful experience.
