Enjoyable and relaxing getaway

Our cabin had a beautiful view, our stay was very relaxing. The bed in our cabin was comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant had great food and the presentation was nicely done, but was a bit pricey. We thoroughly enjoyed our massages!

Fantastic wedding venue

My wife and I spent a weekend at this resort on the magnificent Sunshine Coast to attend a wedding.

The rooms in the main lodge were modern, clean and very nicely appointed. The view from our balcony was superb. Clients have a choice of booking rooms in the lodge as well as cabins and yurts which are strategically placed for views of the ocean and mountains.

The service at the front desk for checkin and checkout was friendly and professional. The restaurant servers were friendly and professional. They couldn't do enough for us.

Breakfast menus had lots of choice and the food quality was average but the diner fish, steak, and salads were delicious.

There is a pool and rental of sea kayaks and paddle boards was fast and easy.

I would highly recommend this resort. It is location is stunning.

I booked one night stay from Sunday 6 august till Monday 7 august , I
reserved Queen bed more expensive unit # 23 which was supposed to be nice
room with Jacuzzi tub as I wanted surprise my girlfriend and make this stay
unforgettable for her and come back in future for one of your tent unit ,
which was sold out for that weekend
We booked Spa massages for two of us which was excellent , then rest all
went wrong , we sit in restaurant at 6:45 pm and ordered dinner , about 7:20
I had to leave to make phone call , when I came back floor was wet around
our table , then she told me that waiters tripled and spill some water and
some of it end up on her dress , no apology , I wanted to ask for manager
but she didn't want to spoil that evening , about 8:30 I ask waiter about
our dinner , she replied that she is sorry and she doesn't know what
happened , then we finally got dinner at 9 pm , after dinner we went back to
room and I found out there is no plug for tub , I did ask for it in
reception then we received plug in 15 minutes and girl came to our room to
install it , she came fast but another waiting for someone to enter our room
at night time was interruption of our romantic plans for that night ,
around 10 pm I tried to fill the tub , then i found out that shower valve
doesn't work properly because cartridge was not installed properly , I'm
owner of plumbing company , that's how I know what was wrong , we couldn't
get shower , there was only hot or cold water , it was too late to complain
again we got cold shower and tried to sleep , during the night we waked up
many tines as next door Asian couple with small kid were watching loud
movies and taking shower few times during the night , I also needed to get
out of bed because the kid got lost and was demanding to enter our room ,
when he saw me he realized that this is not his bedroom and left .
In the morning I informed service desk about the shower problem , then
Asian repair guy came to our room while we were packing our stuff , and
admitted that I'm right about not properly installed cartridge
I planed romantic get away which cost me $377.00 for room and $110.00 for
late dinner with splash on my girlfriends night dress and cold shower before
the sleep
This is my experience , when I combine ferry , massage cost and I travel all
way from White Rock is almost $1,000.00
I chose your hotel reading positive reviews on your web site for our
romantic getaway , which didn't really worked for us but made it
unforgettable

This was a beautiful and magical place to escape to and reconnect as a couple. Setting was gorgeous, room was lovely, food was great and service was amazing. Miss it already and I can't wait to go back.

Great views and beautiful surroundings. Service was not exceptional given the price of the stay. The pool is great and a good temperature. Check the balance due upon check out as we were charged for what was said to be a complimentary shuttle to harbour air. Given the comments, I would stay here again as the rooms were nice and the view is breathtaking.
