The room was typically simple. Bathroom was in need of much repair as the bathtub was cracked and the walls need to be repaired. Outsidr the room there were cigarette butts and trash. It is an embarrassment to even say I stayed here. Disgusting.

Run Down Dive Motel in a bad part of town.

This motel needs to be demolished, leveled to the ground. I got two rooms, one for me and my family and one for my mom. The room they put my mom in had a door that could not be locked and I'm sure they knew that the lock was broken but the rented out the room anyway. The room me and my family got smelled bad and it was super dirty looking, again this place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Motel-6 should be ashamed of their business to allow a place like this to even remain standing. Traveler beware. Stay clear of this place. Dirty and nasty all at the same time. Got my money/refund and went next door to the Holiday Inn Express which was clean, safe and excellent.

Do not stay here under any circumstances

We checked in and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Then we went round to our rooms. They were disgusting, smelling of damp and I wouldn't keep my dog in there. In one of our rooms, on one side the room was boarded up as it had burnt out and on the other side the room was locked from outside with a very large padlock. We were prepared to stay pretty much anywhere on our road trip but this was too bad even for us. The receptionist was polite and refunded our money immediately and we couldn't get away fast enough. Sorry motel 6, but it was dreadful. We saw other Motel 6's on our road trip which looked OK, but not this one.

Upon arrival, the motel looked aesthetically pleasing. We checked in and the office staff was very friendly. Our nonsmoking room, however, was the worst motel room I have ever seen. As soon as we walked in we were taken aback by the very pungent odor of bleach and mothballs. It was hard to breathe and the smell stuck to our clothing. The toilet was clogged; it constantly kicked on and ran water, which was very loud and disturbing. After taking a shower, we were unable to walk on the wood floors without laying down a trail of towels, as our feet became black from how filthy it was. Towels were scarce and stained. The beds were comfortable but the sheets had blood stains and cigarette burns. The front door of our room did not open and close without being forced and slammed. We had loud neighbors that stomped and slammed doors until 1 in the morning. The walls were super thin. Could not call front desk to complain because the phone did not work. The only thing good about our room was the water pressure in the shower. Everything else was horrible. I won't be staying here ever again. I am thankful to have only had to stay here two days. This place is unsanitary and worn out.

Well Worn, could use a little help

The front desk folks of the motel are friendly and helpful, Mike and Jane in particular. The housekeepers are challenged as some do not speak English and communication is difficult. The sheets, towels and room were clean, the "once in a while things" (light covers, vent traps) were not. This hotel has lots of potential, but needs a good dose of TLC. I did not run into any untoward characters, I did see that there were several long stays. It's well patrolled and safe.
