Trains, trains
Kedejon 03/06/2016 13:09Great if you like train horns blaring all night. Noisy part of town. Room was decent, bed comfortable, but could use some minor touch ups. AC broke but was ok without it at this time. Check in attendant was very nice. Frig/micro, no hairdryer or coffee in room, like other Choice hotels I am accustomed to.
Not up to choice hotel standards by a long shot
appetonion 30/05/2016 04:35The woman who checked us in was very nice and the room was reasonably clean but that is really the only compliments I can give. The place is pretty basic and run-down and definitely not up to choice hotel standards. The parking lot needs repaved and maybe a little decor. The room could use some decor. The shower pressure is minimal. The exterior of the building needs repainting and fixtures need replacing. Towels were stained, old, thin, and scratchy from being not dried in a dryer. The door to our room didn't close properly and we had to slam it to get it to stay closed. No coffee pot in the room, no blow dryer, cheap toilet paper and soap. Ok for a basic bed and shower but nothing special at all. Wifi was extremely slow even though we were 2 rooms from the office and there were no other guests.
Great stay, great price.
jokeezayyon 09/05/2016 00:45I stopped here for a two night stay. The manager was very nice and helpful with whatever we needed. They provided a great breakfast in the morning to get my day started as well. The staff is always smiling and welcome. This is the second time I stayed over and my first review. The rooms were clean both times and comfortable, making for a good stay.
Just a bed
Bettcitaon 03/01/2016 23:09Don't expect much here, other than a cheap bed. The breakfast was blah, as was the room. Advice - don't book in advance. There are lots of hotels on the same street offering the same or better rates than what I got when I booked in advance via Choice Hotels. The front desk person wouldn't give me their lower posted price, :(
The price is the only thing going for it.
PLALPNon 27/05/2015 23:09This hotel is in the older part of town and is disgusting. Nothing worked. Was dirty and moldy in the bathrooms. No coffee available in rooms or lobby. No restaurants nearby. We were traveled across country and really disappointed in this particular hotel.
