Basic motel
Bryan Ron 17/08/2017 02:08Positives - staff were great, place was clean and comfortable an included a microwave and fridge. Other than that, it was a basic motel with basic continental breakfast. Can't say I would stay here again as it doesn't have a pool or hot tub. Lobby is really small as is the breakfast area too. Not much room when there's a lot of people staying. Its also on the other side of town away from the main area with restaurants.
No frills but outstanding
ktavlon 12/08/2017 02:44My husband and I are traveling the country and try to book a hotel once a week. We found the quality inn right in our budget. Although there are no frills to the hotel, customer service is impeccable! At check in Sammy was beyond kind and personable. Our king bed room although a little cramped was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had some wifi issues and she took care of them immediately.
We even got a call later from deb to make sure the room was alright.
Lots of reviews raves about the breakfast and it was good. Eggs, biscuits, bacon, waffles, pastries, fruit, and yogurt. Only complaint is that they ran out of coffee shortly after I got a cup. Assuming they would make more as there was an hour left in breakfast I went back down for a refill to be told there would be no more coffee.
I would recommend this place if you are going through Gillette!
Great for the price!
Very clean room & comfortable bed
Will Bon 09/08/2017 20:07The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was delivering a travel trailer to Tacoma and had no problem finding room to park. Not always the case when hotels say they have truck parking. Breakfast was better than most "continental" breakfasts. Will stay again when driving through.
excellent motel. highly recommended.
Haldes Ton 08/08/2017 01:34Best place to stay on trip out west. Comfortable bed, clean room, excellent staff. Loved it and price was right too. Highly recommended. What a surprise considering some of the local competition took a while to find but they were worth it. !!
Well...bring your own sheets...
Anne Son 07/08/2017 16:04Well, it's hard to get a sense of cleanliness and comfort when the sheets have stains -- which looked like blood stains. We were able to get a "clean" set of sheets to change out but they were damp and not at all fresh smelling or looking so we folded the sheets over as best we could and tried not to think about it. This is a deal breaker as far as I'm concerned. The things I don't want to think about in a hotel room are the splotches that might show up on the floor and the bed if I hit them with a forensic blue light...in this case the evidence was visible to the naked eye and created an unavoidable creep factor. If there was a hotel chain that could put a strip across the bed and floor to signify a guarantee of cleanliness (no bodily fluids, fungus, or hair) the way hotels once did with toilets, they'd have my business. On a positive note, the continental breakfast area and fruit and food options were well maintained by a worker who was friendly and helpful -- she's the only thumbs up I have for the place.
