Place not safe
LYW205on 17/07/2017 02:40When we got to our room a couple next to us got into a fight, and there wasn't any security to break it up. Our room did not have a clock inside. We could not close the bathroom door all the way, and the Wifi was terrible. Management had a no caring attitude. We will not be going back to the Rodeway Inn.
Poor management!
Letitia Bon 30/11/2016 17:03Management is the problem here. A clerk charged someone else's stay to my card. The manager claims to have taken care of it yet I still have not been refunded. This a $300 mistake that is taking way too long to resolve. I would rate this location as average if not for the terrible manager!
Okay place
Irwin Ron 26/10/2016 01:41Place was clean and comfortable. A minor annoyance was no wifi and the front office lady unable to rectify the problem this particularly annoying if you are not on a network and need wifi to contact people back home. Area not the best but all said it was an okay stay.
Taking a "bite" out of customers
Chris Bon 02/07/2016 13:44The room wasn't bad looking, but it had a moldy, mildew smell. The television only showed one channel. My wife found a tick on the bed; she had played with the dog before leaving Little Rock so she assumed it was from that. I found a small red bug on the bed. My wife woke up with bumps on her arms, possibly from insect bites. She found two more of those red bugs. I advise all to avoid this place.
Approach with low expectations
MikeLBatonRougeon 23/05/2016 16:42First of all ignore the hi rise building in the photograph, it is in no way part of this Rodeway Inn. My booking for this establishment was last minute and I was lucky to get it for a weekend visit to Nashville, having not planned ahead. Everything else seemed to have been booked solid. Ok...it is an extremely rudimentary place, there's nothing remotely fancy about it. The location isn't particularly inspiring either. But..the room itself was okay, it was just a place to sleep and shower. Clean enough and the management were friendly and approachable. It's advertised as having wifi but this is a joke, the signal is so weak it's not worth the frustration. Breakfast, I don't know. But you wouldn't want to eat here anyhow, not with a Waffle House across the road. Good flatscreen tv. I've stayed in worse places, but I wouldn't call it a budget choice, not for the exhorbitant rate of $110 for a Saturday night. Plan ahead, comrades, don't let this be your only choice in Nashville.
