This was just a pleasant stay and the guy at the reception helped us as much as posible. We made a wrong reservation and he assisted to change it without charging more. In conclusion, all you can ask from a motel.

Cheap but old

Close to downtown Flagstaff with ample parking and nice reception service. Our room was large and the bathroom had a window. Coffee making facilities in the room (but no tea bags), fridge and TV. Broken chairs outside. Peeling walls in the bathroom, ceiling must have had some accident, bad smell went away after some time (or we got used to it), tub needs to be changed! Rather noisy neighbours, but that's not their fault, it's the walls that are really thin. Breakfast sort of ok, good bread, packed muffins and biscuits, not really nice breakfast environment, barely fits four people all standing around the small counter. Again, no tea (why!? Isn't easy to provide some hot water and a couple of tea bags?). I do not think I would come back but for budget reasons. Rates during the week are good, but the place is not worth the money on weekends.

Room looks better at night

This room is kind of like a bad date-at night it looks kind of ok, then in the morning under closer scrutiny it's pretty weak. Peeling wallpaper, bad tile job, no chair and desk. Only first world problems but for all the other hotels within a block I'd go there instead. And then there is the "continental breakfast" which consists of chemical packets of bagels and muffins in sealed plastic packets. Skip that. The room was clean, the rate was a little lower but the savings wasn't worth it.

Nice place to stay

Location is good, walking distance to some restaurants and supermarket.
Parking. Nice motel.
I got a family room with a promotion price. Room was really nice and large, bathroom amenities, mini coffee maker, mini fridge, wicrowave. Bed are confortable.
We had a problem with the heater and after I asked to the staf, they fixed it.
Great value for money

Good for economic class!

Had registered previously a room with two king beds but to our surprise we were provided a room with three beds. Though we didn't need the third one, it was not lying down. Every thing was fine except the congested bath room. I guess some off oversized guest cannot use the rest room😀
