Rita Con 11/08/2017 21:17made reservations through Chains web site. Check in and out all went smoothly. Rooms were clean and neat. One the carpet was badly stained but clean. Each room had it'sown little kitchen. The Os Bow restaurant on property was reasonably priced and very good. Hotel offers a coupon for a $5.00 breakfast if you would like but they have Continental breakfast in the lobby.
Very decent hotel
Andrea Hon 23/07/2017 03:53We had a good experience at this hotel. It is close in town, room was clean, beds comfy, breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. We had a great meal at the Oxbow right next to the hotel. The best thing in Lander is the sunset! I recommend it.
Never Again-It Stinks
Deb Bon 20/07/2017 19:27We were a late arrival so I'm sure we got the last room available, even though we had reservations. Upon walking into our room, we immediately noticed the smell of a nursing home, urine smell. Lighting was minimal, the carpet was stained and the smell was horrible. The bedroom was clean, albeit dusty. Since it was so late, we didn't say anything and went to bed. The next morning after the dismal breakfast (which may as well be nonexistant), I talked to the front desk clerk and she asked me if I wanted the room cleaned again or have it ozoned. I told her I would rather have another room. There was nothing available and she was surprised the room was like that as it was, in her words "one of our best rooms." Nothing like the pictures on their website. The bedroom curtains had holes in them, our view was a tar roof and the window in the bedroom did not lock. As long as we kept the door open AND the air on, the smell would dissipate a little bit.

Hotel very clean.
Room was large,clean and everything works.
Bathroom clean.
A/C works.
Wifi works.
Very quiet and safe place
If you stay in the room with a light kitchen, there is no utensil.
You need to bring pots, plates, cutlery, everything.
Breakfast is good.
The only thing they should use bigger plates. And not the small.
It's not a hotel that's so cheap rate.

Joan Eon 10/07/2017 23:18The room was large enough to meet our needs. They had new, I think, bedspreads on the beds and they had an odor which was not unpleasant, but which bothered me. The person who was traveling with me did not notice the odor at all. Office person was very nice.
