It's a shame
Tammie Son 25/06/2017 03:22We rented three rooms. First room was ok had a microwave and fridge the second room was less desirable not micro or fridge the third room was disgusting. Smelled like urine, tub was nasty room was dirty, holes in curtains and no lock on door. We did call and were moved to another room that was better. We were told upon check in that the pool might be opened but it never was and when we went to look at it the plants growing in the pool verified that they had no intention of opening the pool. It's a shame...could be nice it taken care of.
DISGUSTING
Ericka Con 24/04/2017 22:11My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel during our road trip, because there was absolutely nothing else in the area to stay that night. Right off the bat our door wouldn't lock and we requested another room. The man at the front desk insisted on coming over and showing us how to use it and was very rude about it. He came over and couldn't get it to work either, big surprise! How hard is it to lock a door? He begrudgingly agreed to switch us to another room. The 2nd room wasn't any better! Both rooms were absolutely disgusting. We found live bugs in our bed and behind our bed. The shower curtain was disgusting. The air conditioning unit wouldn't work and was filthy! Staying at this hotel had to be the worst night sleep we had ever had in our lives. We were bitten by the bugs all night long, but we didn't have anywhere else to go! We demanded a refund in the morning and the man at the front desk refused. I ended up contacting the Better Business Bureau and got our money refunded. Absolute worst hotel we've ever stayed in and we will NEVER stay at another Rodeway Inn for nothing! This hotel should be shut down!
Nice stay
Devon Bon 18/12/2016 01:00We stopped here after the interstate froze over. The room (118) was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have an outdoor pool, free coffee, wifi, microwave, fridge, and iron. The lobby has a washer and dryer too. The only negative things are that the staff was rude, too much light came in the room ( despite the curtains) and there was no breakfast. I recommend this place.
Great Cheap Place
Tamcreston 01/12/2016 15:44This was a great location for shopping around St Charles. They could have ran the vacuum a little better but it was a good room for the cheap price. The beds & pillows were very comfortable! It was nice & quiet to sleep, couldn't hear the highway noises at all. I enjoy traveling through the week for less people around. If you are tall I don't recommend the shower. I am 5"5' & the shower head was eye level. WiFi wasn't strong enough to stream a movie but not a big deal. Will be booking again soon!
Great cheap overnight sleep
Marissa Bon 29/09/2016 13:07For an overnight stop this place is great. Location is 500 ft from 70 exit. We did not notice the highway sounds at all.
Parking is at your door. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, A/C at night worked perfect & heat in the morning also worked. Black out curtains to block any light. Refrigerator and microwave in room all for the price of $56.
