Unfortunately i had my worst experience in this place. Front office clerks were so aloof once i entered in the hotel. The guy took me to room but even didn't say anything just showed the room and left. I could understand this anyways but really it wasn't the only thing left me undone. There was no one around the pool and once you want something you need to go and ask by yourself. Breakfast was so weak and tasteless. Before the last day i leave, i wanted to have my dinner in the place where i had my lunch. However once got there waiter asked me to go down and use another place to have dinner. I asked why? He said me this place is reserved for couples. I didnt argue and had dinner another place but prices are really expensive and unfortunately this was not nice at all. If you don't want single male at your hotel just specify this hotel as a conservative one. I was so angry sucu that i left the hotel one day earlier. Don't even think about to stay here. Simply go for an apart i bet you would appreciate it much more. There are so many more things to be said but i think those are enough for the members.

has indoor pool and beach outside the hotel nice breakfast bit far from city centre free Wi-Fi laundry service and great for families would recommend this beds are very clean and very comfortable good hotel

We stayed here for one night only. The staff were really helpful, and spoke quite good English. The rooms were a nice size, clean and tidy, however the air conditioning wasn't working well and noise travels very easily throughout the hotel making the night quite sleepless. Location is just off the main highway which was easy to find. The restaurant attached wasn't very good, it had a limited menu of mostly deep fried food. Pool and beach look very nice, great view.

Clean hotel, but service very poor, food took forEver to arrive, no staff spoke English ,therefor poor communication. Not a Brit place sorry to say, nothing to do, no restaurant , stay away if u can

Me and my girlfriend stay in istanbul for two weeks. Our second week was in blue world!
From the moment we walked in it was terrible. Staff do not even say hello on reception.
We were asked to pay full on arrival.
The room as a four star is below average! The air condition is just a vent with no air! The furniture is very dated and old! The bathroom is so old that you can see mould everywhere! It's just disgusting!
Breakfast - it's all cold, only thing you will find warm is the boiled
eggs. After two days I decided not to wake up for small slices of cheese and salty sausages!
Swimming pool - small, dirty and the water is not clean. Also you need to wear a facking swim hat! For a four star that's appalling
The beach and sea- the sand is full of sea shells and the sea area which is exclusive to their hotel is full of sea weed! I was disgusted that I didn't want to enter the sea due to the amount of sea weed!
After two days I discovered that the hotel gives complimentary towels to use on the sun beds. When I enquired the staff spoke no English !
They do not do air port transfer for normal people as the reception stated! They only do VIP service which is a rip off!!
If your British or English! Then please stay away!! Trust me I would never ever go back!
