Roma Hotel, Hurghada

The most boring place to be in Hurghada. Nothing to do. No distractions. Bad food, have not restaurant, just a dinning room with the same food everyday. Even the ambience music is the same 24 hours. The rooms are uglyest I ever saw. The room service is deficient. Unsecure.

I would love to be in Hurghada hotel in Rome because he is a very special hotel for me and my family

I would advise my friends to come to Hurghada always
And specifically to Rome Hotel

The hotel is really big ,but it is so average. The reception hall is big and nice with comfortable sofas,chairs and tables.The staff was okay. Too little people in the hotel that's why I found it so empty and poor. The room they gave me saying "it is one of the best room" was sure so lying words. They don't clean properly at all.The bathroom was dirty. The window in the room which goes on the view of the swimming was extremely dirty.It seems they have never cleaned that.The swimming pool is so small and dirty. The sea is kind of outside the hotel. You have to go out from the hotel and cross the road to reach the beach. The food in the restaurant was so poor as I said no people there and they cook a little bit.It is a budget hotel but you pay for what you pay.

Before we travelled to other countries, but not to Egypt, so this staying was the first for us. We booked this hotel without reading the reviews, we chose it only because of its location. Before travelling we decided to read something about it and we were not pleased because people wrote bad things about this place. My husband suggested to change the hotel before travelling but i said no, because i don't like to change my mind, I said let it be like that, we will see. When we arrived, we found a very nice and big building, with a huge and beautiful lobby. Our check in was very quick, about 10 minutes, thanks guy on reception called Mohammed, he is professional in his job. So we got a nice, really very nice and big room with a seaside view, it had a big balcony, big bathroom and living room area. We liked it so much! Everything was clean. The cleaner came every day and even we didn't need cleaning so often, but he did his job anyway. The food in the restaurant was good enough, they have a variety of vegetables, meat, salads and desserts even at breakfast. We never were hungry! On reception there is a free wifi,working all the time and the speed was good. The location of the hotel is great, it is in the center of the city, on the Sheraton street, so we could walk every day and saw everything. I don't like to travel abroad and just to stay in the hotel, it's dull! The beach is not big, but there is enough space for all the guests, animation was active and we took part in some activities, like volleyball, dancing and so on.
I think due to this place we have got a nice impression about Hurghada and we decided to come back here, we stayed in another place next time only because we wanted to try something new, but I suppose that we will come back to Roma, as it is very lovely place, the only one why I am sad that ungrateful people write bad comments about hotels, they don't appreciate what they have and they forgot how much they paid, and demand extra super service for miserable money.
