roger don 03/07/2017 18:20Could not improve on this hotel in any way. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are air-conditioned and lovely, the heated outdoor swimming pool is a joy with just the best view ever. Picked up from Locarno station by a very nice member of staff who new everything we needed to know. Ascona is a great little town with loads of little bars and quirky places to eat.
A Swiss Beauty on Lago Maggiorre!!
Siegfried Aon 12/06/2017 18:06Upon arrival (after finding the parking lot) we were warmly greeted and told we are upgraded to a tower Room with a Lake View. The room was wonderful and "Huugge" by European standards. Slight problem with the AC which Philippo immediately fixed. The location was superb Breakfast on the outdoor patio was perfect as well and the restaurant directly across the way is part of the Hotel and in our opinion the best dining in Ascona. Stunnig view, the manager was a outstanding as well as the waitstaff.

The hotel and the city also granted me the opportunity to meet a talented artist, Carmen Perdomo, bringing life into ink and papers. Everything about this place is immortal and memorable. Thanks to Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss at Ascona for being so professional.
Comfy bed, historic place
Michael Lon 25/09/2016 09:42We enjoyed a pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, free parking available and the walk to nearby attractions like the lakefront close by. To recommend to all sorts of stay. There is a pool in an attractive setting available. The rooms were quiet, tidy and spacious.
Loved it stayed longer than expexted
Inasueon 15/09/2016 08:20It was my husband and my anniversary and I requested a room with a view when we arrived the bed had rose petals on it!! It was so sweet .
the staff especially Erica and Bera were so helpful with our travel plans. We decided to stay another day so we were moved to the "tower" room 42 and we were so pleased the room was re-modeled like a Castile overlooking the pool on one side on the 4 th floor!
Breakfast was wonderful as well. I think we were the only Americans at the time however the staff spoke English. Thank you to the Erica and Berna especially for making this trip so special.
