Food is ok but not more then that.
The owner she was lovely.
Some staff members have too much an attitude.
In general value for the money.
Beautiful quiet stay
Ljmlvd2013on 04/07/2017 13:33We visited for two nights and loved the beautiful gardens and buildings. Breakfast was delicious with extensive options, great coffee, and lovely service. Iserlohn had a great downtown walking area. Thanks for the great stay!
More than promised
RadarORon 02/06/2017 23:08Hotel Neuhaus is a lovely property high on a hill in a quiet village in western central Germany. I cam here on a trip to purchase a horse, and so only needed a bed, a shower and a place to eat. I found instead: dining tables in the garden, original paintings and sculpture indoors and outdoor, a large comfortable room with a HUGE modern bathroom including a tub and gigantic shower, a pleasant outdoor pool, fitness room and spa. The kitchen here is very good, serving wonderful fresh healthy salads, and a full menu as well, but I never got beyond the salads. Such a good antidote to airports and airplane food! It is a pleasant sanctuary in which to recover from jet lag, conduct business or relax and enjoy the summer evening. I dined outside one night and stayed at my table in the twilight until 9:45 pm enjoying the summer evening.

ghuckesteinon 19/01/2017 02:01I have been coming to Germany for the Medica show every year since 2008. We usually stay in Dusseldorf or Cologne. This time we explored a little further away and boy I am glad we did. Hotel Neuhaus is full of charm, very cozy, and management makes you feel right at home. The rooms are elegantly appointed, beds super comfortable, and our room included a grand bath tub that made for some sound relaxing. The best part: food and beverage! The restaurant is seriously incredible. Home cooked style food in a warm living room setting, authentic German cuisine. The bar at the front is lively with a huge variety of Spirits and a great bartender. We talked for hours. I was especially impressed with their stock of high end Gin. Lastly after being on my feet all day at the Messe,coming home to a Bed & Breakfast type atmosphere with a SPA was the best feature of all. Spas at huge Flagship hotels can be crowded and that diminishes the overall experience. I know the hotel was full during my stay but I felt alone in the Spa, didn't really see anyone. Very well designed and uber relaxing. A+++ will be back next November for sure.
Oh and P.S. Check out the art in hallways and rooms. Really cool, modern, and they rotate different themes and artists throughout the year apparently. If you are an art buff, you will definitely enjoy this added amenity. All the art displayed is for sale and one of the owner's is one heck of a painter. Check it out.

Fedz2073on 30/10/2016 23:33A wonderful hotel, full of modern art, great spa area, nice views, beautiful room and common areas. Breakfast on a Sunday morning was delicious and leisurely; dinner was spectacular. Service first class and super friendly.
