Really good apartment!
on 11/06/2017 02:34My boyfriend and I visit Leeds yearly and these apartments are number 1 for me, in comparison to the hotels we've stayed at in the last two years.
We requested, in all good banter, a photo of Robin Williams in Jumanji, when booking our stay online, and, despite the staff's probable confusion, they complied with our wishes. It was a good laugh finding that on the tv unit, as we'd totally forgotten about it by the time of our trip. The room was clean, big enough for 2, and felt just like we had our own apartment in the city. Although the view was just student accomidation, across from our window, we didn't care much as we originally didn't choose the apartment for the view. The location is great, a very short ride on the bus into Leeds city centre, but I'd suggest walking (about 10-15 minutes!).
More recently we stayed at a hotel instead of here and we definitely regretted it. The cost was far more for less quality!
Ps: there is a domino's right nextdoor so its extra perfect 😃
Great value, friendly staff, love the kitchen in the room
Marsbar64on 08/06/2017 10:58We were here for the Cherish Christian Conference at the FD Arena, which was really easy to get to from here. The staff were really great, especially Ben Dean and also the assistant manager who did the check in (didn't get his name). Loved the room layout with a kitchen and a fridge - ideal for snacks and making your own meals instead of eating out. Would definitely look for a Roomzzz in other cities when travelling.
Lovely room, excellent value for money
Hannah Con 07/06/2017 23:41We came up to Leeds for the weekend with my Dad, brother and boyfriend. We booked two rooms which were by far the cheapest available in Leeds. I knew the area and although it's a 15minute walk to town the location is great in comparison to the price of other hotels in town.
The room was spotless, super clean and I like that it has a small kitchen - we cooked breakfast in the morning before we left. The bathroom and room itself are modern and well fitted. Has blackout curtains so you get a proper night's sleep too.
Only downside was it was a little noisy with guests in the hotel - no idea what was happening in the room above us but it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at 3am. Obviously you can't choose who else stays in the hotel so this is by no means a complaint, just something to keep in mind!

funkyfish75on 07/06/2017 22:45situated 1 mile out of town, fresh decor apartment, better value than 4* city hotel room, £10 overnight parking was steep, try public car park directly across road £4.50 overnight if parking from 3pm !!

Atmosphere was wonderful when greeted by Ben Dean - Ben was friendly, professional and helpful - he has a happy, positive nature that makes you feel at home.
