Enjoyed our short stay in Romzzz. Exactly what needed- handy location, comfortable room. One downfall - no parking spaces allocated. We had an underground flat, which had a stylish living room and nice bedroom. Bed was huge- bonus

We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and it was absolutely huge! We were blown away with the size of it! Unfortunately didn't get to make use of all the facilities as we were only stopping for one night. The location was good - a short walk from plenty of restaurants and iconic sites. Also the laundry services are free (just have to buy soap from front desk for 50p) which was really useful while traveling around! Staff were all super friendly. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Only downside was parking was a bit of a walk away.

What a lovely surprise when we arrived, super staff and the most fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The coffee and pastries were fresh and just what we needed to start the day. Do book to stay here you will not be disappointed

We recently stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were absolutely massive and the kitchen/living areas had everything you needed and were great! Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Complimentary grab and go breakfast was lovely - warm croissants and as much coffee and tea as you wish! We used the maxima suite, liberty suites and grande studio! Pictures don't do it justice! Everyone couldn't say a bad word about them and our group had a range of ages. Great location however quiet at night and great value for money! Would 100% recommend it and will definitely go back here when i return to newcastle!

Was meeting friends for a trip and needed some accommodation- we booked the maxima suite with a double and bunk beds. The building is so beautifully decorated, very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. Only regret we were staying for one night! The facilities are perfect if you're planning a longer stay (kitchen is kitted out nicely), bathroom was gorgeous, beds comfy and surprisingly very quiet considering it's not far from the diamond strip and right next to central station. Free coffee 24:7 a bonus too, and the grab and go pastries were perfect before hitting the road. Will be staying again!
