Not the most friendly/helpful front desk staff
letsrunon 21/07/2017 23:27Booked a room over the internet using my phone. When we arrived in Burns (after a 7 hour drive), we saw Rory and Ryans Inn. Went to check in and got serious attitude from the front desk (older blond gal). Apparently there are TWO Rory and Ryans in Burns, next door to each other, one of which is associated with Best Western (where, it turns out, our reservations were) and this one. I don't doubt that the front desk has to deal with this mix-up constantly which might make them grouchy, so perhaps a name change is in order?
Nice rooms, comfy beds
Coach96on 21/06/2017 19:12Family of 6, had 2 rooms, 2 queens in each. They brought a roll away but it wasn't comfy so we didn't use. Everything was clean, nice staff. Breakfast was in small room with small tables & very old chairs but food was fine. Biscuits&gravy, sausage, waffles, etc.
Clean and friendly
Penny Won 14/06/2017 05:29Service quick and cordial, Room clean and has all I need tv, fridge and micro. Clean spa and pool area without to many people. Wifi is spotty but that seems to be that way most places I go. Good overnight comfortable stay.
One step below the Best Western, but still just fine
Randal Ton 17/05/2017 06:09We stayed here one night, and at the similar Best Western one night. The Rory and Ryan Inn was a bit more of a budget place, but then again it was substantially less expensive. The room was clean and quiet and met our needs. Negative: Our refrigerator was broken.
Clean, and quiet
kdw38on 12/05/2017 19:03The hotel is on the main street in Hines but in a quiet location. Check-in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and adequate for our needs and a good price. Full breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
