My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in November. Rosewood is a great place to stay in Margaret River. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants etc. Our room (called Georgette) was spacious, well-appointed and spotlessly clean, overlooking the rear garden. The bathroom was a good size and also spotless. The house itself is separated from the main road by a beautiful garden which makes it very quiet as well as attractive. There is a nicely appointed guest lounge with tea/coffee facilities as well as Port and Anzac Biscuits and a verandah. Jane’s breakfast is excellent. Jane and Keith are excellent hosts, although we saw a lot more of Jane -she is a font of knowledge and advice about local attractions, wineries, restaurants etc. If we are back in the area, we would certainly be happy to stay at Rosewood again.

A wonderful B and B. The owners make you feel very welcome and have created an environment where you can really feel at home. The room was very comfy with a nice bathroom. There's a guest lounge, which we didn't use but a lot of guests did. Also an outside deck for sitting in the very well stocked garden. Breakfast was exceptional and served with a smile. There is parking and wifi, and you can walk to the main street with all the restaurants in 7 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Rosewood Guesthouse very close to Main Street and not far to vineyards. The Guesthouse hosts are very welcoming and Jane does a great breakfast. We played golf at Margaret River course with the kangaroos and the locals what a picturesque course in great Aussie bushland.

Jane is a wonderful, knowledge host. Takes pride in her accommodation and has an interest in making sure you have a memorable positive experience while visiting Margaret River. Charming BnB surrounded by gardens. Delicious breakfasts and we .appreciated the fresh and poached fruit along with homemade jams.

Rosewood is a lovely charming guesthouse. Totally enjoyed the atmosphere, sipping on a glass of port by the fireplace.
Jane is a lovely host, she gave us great advise about wineries, food and places to visit. Loved her sense of humor. Will definitely return. I already miss her breakfast:)
