Fabulous and clean!
Twinkle33on 11/08/2017 17:59We spent two nights at the Rosita in a lovely room on the top floor, very spacious and clean. And to make things even better had complimentary water in the fridge with tea/coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. Great place to stay for a short break with parking behind the guest house (£6 for 24hrs)
Warm & Welcoming
40RachelNon 11/08/2017 15:48Diane & Rob were just lovely, extremely warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Thanks for the tips on where to visit and eat. We had a surprise upgrade to kingsize bed in Room 3. Super comfy bed, spacious room and lovely not to have to sit on the bed to drink a cup of tea as there was a nice sofa to chill on. The room was super clean, lots of nice extra touches like bathrobe, toiletries, a fridge and fresh milk in a bottle if you wanted it. It had lovely decor to give a light and airy feel. Nice & quiet, slept like a log. Breakfast was amazing 10/10, lots of choice and cooked fresh to order. Thank you for making our stay just great! Definately will be returning.
Outstanding standard of service and B and B.
lauramorroghbernardon 08/08/2017 20:13Diane and Rob made us feel extremely welcome from the beginning of our stay until the end and were very helpful with recommendations and directions in the local area. The hotel decoration was really nice, especially our bedroom and the garden was a spectacle in itself. And the breakfast was the best B and B breakfast that either of us had ever had!
Just Excellent Every Time
Brenda_Trevoron 25/07/2017 12:42A warm and sincere welcome from Diane and Rob. Room 2 has been upgraded and the bed was super comfy. Everything, as always, very clean. There is everything you need in the room, toiletries, robes, slippers, fridge, hairdryer etc etc. Even fresh milk available for your cuppa. Breakfast is wonderful. We stayed 3 nights, medium (full English) with everything on kept me going all day. We enjoyed walks through the woods over to Sand Point and down to Uphill and route 33 to Brean. Lovely to come back to a great room in a great location. Diane and Rob do a very good job - real home from home.
