Overall experience was not good

Poor - No cleanliness in room - beds, bathroom
Poor facilities - No hot water, no restaurant and we could not get morning coffee / tea until 8:30.
Payment only by cash and cards not accepted !!!

Room are big and very comfortable.
Staff was very supportive.
Services were good but not quick. Fixing of wash basin tap/ Water jug etc. could have been done well in advance.
Improvement points:
Services should be quicker.
"Very Bad Experience"

They said hot water will be there from morning 5 - 9 AM but there was no hot water. when we went and asked him he started giving stupid reasons. we ordered coffee we didn't get that also. After complaining also they are least bother to fix the issue. Hotel staffs only tell they will fix but, no one turns out to do anything.The owner is least bother to listen to customer problems.Not worth going to this hotel.
Horrible Service by Cleartrip

But hotel guys refused me to provide the room as they didnt receive any such communication through clear trip.never try to book your hotel through cleartrip.
Very Very bad experience...totally disappointing

We booked two rooms for our family, but they allocated one room in 2nd floor and one in 3rd floor. The disguisting part was that there was no lift and we had to carry our luggage all the way on stairs. Moreover, there was no room service, no one was there at Reception.
Better to avoid. Worst hotel in Mysore.
