For a 5 star establishment, I expect abetter equipped fitness room.
I don't want to be told I am getting an upgrade, to find on check out that I have paid 66 pounds / night for it.
I expect better and more comprehensive dining facilities and bar facilities, later into the night. Not closed at 11pm.
I expect a shower, apart from a bath , which, together, is a fractured hip scenario in waiting
Would certainly use this hotel again

Very convenient and quiet location within 5 mins walk of underground station and 10 mins walk Trafalgar Square. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable large bedroom and excellent breakfast means we would certainly stay there again on our next visit
Disappointment

If I were paying £100 per night I would have given a better rating but this is a premium hotel charging premium prices and so should have the premium sector nailed.
Service at check in was excellent , very helpful and polite . The room was nice , well decorated in understated colours . We were advised at Check in that all food and drink in the Mini Bar was complimentary so please help yourself. When we looked we had 2 waters and 2 cokes , nothing to get excited about there , and food ?? 2 x shortboard biscuits you get in any Great Western .
We ordered a turn down service which never arrived , the toilet we found out in the morning didnt flush the date away and almost overfilled . The temperature is air conditioned but very very warm . On adjusting the aircon you can put the blowers on which drive cold air into teh room but the system never steadies just keeps blowing .
We had cocktails in Equas , The waiter took our order and then took 25 minutes to bring our drinks. 2 of which we sent back as they were not the correct cocktail mix , the staff probably thought we wouldn't know what the drink should look like, another 15 minutes and the two arrived. Service was slow and got chaotic when a large party arrived .
Wonderful location , very polite and friendly desk and door staff , let down by poor housekeeping and for bar service .

Great hotel, room large with a bed could fit 5 people, next time I will book with river view.
Staff from the doorman to the Manager could not have been more helpful. Great location for the sites, didn't have a chance to try the restaurant or bar as very busy for the 3 days but breakfast was a great start to the day. We have stayed in many top hotels in London but to me, this hotel is what 5* is about. Thank you to all the staff I hope to be back soon.
Very nice but don’t bring your car!

This is a really nice hotel, great location, facilities and staff.
Just don’t bring your car.
I was charged £110 for a 20 hour stay, 6pm Monday to 2pm Tuesday. The front desk told me when I checked in that it was £55 for 24 hours.
