GOOD HOTEL BUT.......

BUT check-in check-out too slow and most importantly did not inform that the hotel came under the new government restrictions and hence had no bar service, For a travel weary traveler who looked forward to having a drink to unwind, this was a big let down.
That apart, the stay was up to standard
Value for money
on 19/08/2017 09:16It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Good things a)Decent clean rooms b)prompt room service c)decent basic gym d) helpful enthusiastic staff d) food prices compared to Bangalore standards and also some other restaurants we visited outside are quite reasonable .food quality and taste is average e) peaceful room .f) central location
Things to be improved :
A) no open green space or swimming pool .its a standalone building
B) complimentary breakfast menu is very limited and same dishes were repeated all three days that we stayed there
C) the towels provided could be cleaner ,fresher and whiter. Jaded dull brown towels don't speak well of any hotel
In all a good place to stay in shimoga
Good Business Hotel

The Hotel has trained staff. Large size room, a decent kitchen and prompt room service makes your Stay delightful.
Better have food at hotel and move outside as city offers limited choice of Restaurants.

on 15/08/2017 06:43It's very Good star category hotel in shivamogga city. It's Royal experience to me. Nice memory in this hotel. It's little expensive it's compare to other hotel.we can also enjoy very good Buffett food in Royal orchid.
