Decent Rooms with Ammenities

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, couple of things were put-offs hence rated 3 but overall my stay was pleasant and would mind visiting again.

The approach to the hotel isn't pleasant, it situated bang next to a Truck Terminus, expect some truck traffic while entering the vicinity. Once inside the Hotel premises the decor overpowers the feeling acquired during the entry. The decor of the reception and entrance is decent - it could be compared to the standards adopted by international chain of hotels. Similarly the gadgets provided in the rooms are the modern - viz electronic lighting controls, keyless entry, beds etc.

There is scope of improvement in the cleanliness, i detected comb webs in the corners of the room and could see multiple tiny bugs wriggling around in one of the walls. I wouldn't complain about it as I understand its normal during the rains in Mumbai. It was taken care of once i reported to the house keeping.

The housing keeping staffs are friendly and helpful - but I felt they appeared clumsy though, some amount finishing would be rewarding.

Given the hotel gives a little more focus on QA it would surely be highly rated.

I went with a friend for a stay-in for a day as we had some business in the city, and it was a great stay. It was my third visit to the hotel, since other hotels in the nearby areas are not even a compare to Royal Orchid. The rooms are really good and so the amenities, such as swimming pool, gym, free wifi (good speed), a nice coffe shop and indeed a delicious spread of morning breakfast.

Avarage hotel to stay in Vashi

Avarage hotel in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Not a budget hotel. Room qualities and cleanliness is not remarkable. The value for the rooms are not so justifiable. Not in a category of good hotels. Buffet breakfast is good. Staffs are active and responsive. Minibar is with lots of items.

Not a 4 star hotel

Hotel is next to a lorry station, did not have A/C in the reception. Paid for 4, but had only one bed instead of two queen size beds... Provided additional mattress which occupied the whole room.... However the bathroom was fantastic

Good Hotel to Stay in Vashi

The hotel is situated in a well connected area in vashi with near by access to markets and easy commute. The hotel facilities are quite good with options to use swimming pool and gym.
They have one restaurant with buffet lunch and dinner options, this is especially good for a solo traveller. The cost is about Rs.1000- Good spread with both veg and non-veg options.
