Loved the property
prisha20on 29/08/2017 09:10This is the property where just don't stay here u enjoy here. Firstly they don't have many restrictions like other big brand hotels. Secondly the location is perfect with excellent view from the rooms restaurants etc. Also buffet has good food and so does the restaurant. Their continental and Chinese are good also.
The Game room is wonderful. It's very imp if you have kids accompany you unlike a big brand hotel. The staff is courteous especially Gitanjali who booked our room and Mr. Arjit who have taken care of us during our stay. If u always stay at Big brand Big Bucks hotel in Mussoorie. Try this hotel. You will not Disappointed .

maahir_2015on 26/08/2017 12:54To begin with, we stayed at this Hotel for 3 days on our long trip to Dehradun and Mussoorie.
Pros - Good Location, rooms, and Amenities. Food is expensive for a 4-star property, however still acceptable.
Cons - They have Jacuzzi, however hardly maintained it properly. Kids entertainment zone is not worth. The toys are old and it seems that no one actually looked into that section.
Major Disappointment - Someone rang our door bell few times at 02:00 AM on the first night we stayed here. Next morning when we spoke with the room cleaning guy and few others, they said: " It could be due to maintenance ". I went to the Front Desk and spoke with Ms. Sonia. I requested my room to be changed in the same category. She said, " All rooms in that category is booked ". I could upgrade by paying Rs 1200 per day. Later on, she reduced it to Rs 1000 per day. I accepted it. However, when I checked with the local staff next morning, I found that only 8 guests were staying at the entire property. This is " Shameless " for such a property. When I asked for a Manager at 10:00 AM IST, I was advised Manager is still not here and he could give me his Phone Number, however, even he cannot do about the charges. I am sorry, Even a Manager doesn't have authorization, and what's the timings for the Manager to be there ???
I spoke with Citibank and they asked me to dispute the amount. I would speak with Make my Trip and ensure my voice an opinion would be published across major websites.
I would rather advise you to choose Jaypee or Savoy by paying a bit more.

Abhey Son 24/08/2017 11:43My stay at the hotel was an awesome one. The perfect place for a holiday. 10 on 10 for hospitality and hygiene. Would recommend this property to others as well. Staff is very friendly which is most important. They make you feel comfortable and homely.
