decent china-town motel
jg1004on 10/07/2017 21:07This is a decent choice for a motel (i.e. it has parking) in the heart of china town. The rooms are clean, although a bit small (typical of SF hotels), and with the right room choice (i.e. not on street side) they are quiet. Staff is very helpful and security is good.
In the heart of Chinatown
John Won 10/07/2017 18:34A older hotel right between Little Italy and Chinatown. Lots of food and close to other attractions. The staff is very nice and there is also free parking if you can get a spot. The rooms were a little small and had no fridge or microwave. Also very noisy but what do you expect downtown.
Free parking
Silvah777on 08/07/2017 00:02Royal Pacific is a nice basic place to stay and a great place park your car and walk everywhere. Easy 20 minute walk to Pier 39 with no major hills to deal with. If there is no parking near the office they have underground parking.
Price and location, pretty good...hotel not so much.
francesann01on 28/06/2017 16:48If you plan to spend most of your time walking all over the city the price and location are decent. The hotel itself is quite dated and run down. Had to move from one room facing Broadway to another room due to the noise levels on the street throughout the night and early morning. The new room seemed to be in better shape, but we discover a tick in the bathroom (gross). My friend and I ended up with some mysterious bug bites (ick). We stayed for several days and really enjoyed the city, but not the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating but the quality of the hotel was below average. The beds are hard and yes, the pillows are uncomfortable. If you have trouble with your back or neck either bring your own pillow(s) or go to a better quality hotel.
Worse hotel I've ever stayed
Michelle Son 22/06/2017 17:35Air con far to noisy so can't even have on
Pillows as flat as pancakes
So noisy in room no sleep and feels like your actually sleeping in the middle of a busy highway
Location is awful but if you like being on a street full of strip joints then this is the place for you
First place I've ever stayed in the states that has no fridge would have preferred an iron to a coffee machine
Was told we had a view of the bay....No just a huge building opposite
Just awful
