I stayed here for a day last year. Had to move in here since the hotel i usually stay in did not have vacancy.

Hotel was average. Especially for the price it comes at , the service is mediocre.

Ambience and rooms are good. Reception is helpful. Internet was slow.

Privacy was maintained and location is secure with good enough connectivity.

Would rate it average simply on value for money and service in that context being below par.

Changed 3 rooms in a day. Flush didn't work in one, in second shower didn't work.Staff(dhermendra) is very unfriendly..

Don't go for it.. They don't change the bed sheets.. Staff is very unfriendly and rude..I had to change the room 3 times in 2 days..

In one room, the flush didn't work.
In 2nd room the shower didn't work.
In 3rd room, the wifi wasn't working
working.

Food was pathetic.

The first hotel i stayed in Gurgaon. Nice ambiance , well furnished rooms and most of all service is good.Do not expect the service to be top class , but it is not that bad. They clean the room daily and food is awesome , though a bit costly. Located in DLF phase 1 , it is quite near to the airport and the city. I would recommend this hotel to people staying for less than a week on a personal or business trip.

I stayed there for 3 days and it is not worth telling others. Food quality was average and room service not great. Staff also need to be trained on how to answer customers and mostly interaction. Thrice I called them to clear the room after dinner, they did not come at all. Most of good hotels come on their own for clearing the plates etc.

Not a very good hotel.

I stayed here when I had some work in gurgaon. Cleanliness s the first thing they should concentrate upon. I asked the room service to clean the room twice during my stay.
Regarding food, they provided non veg food to my vegetarian friend. And the response to the same,when asked was not satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
