Amazing family holiday

We went for a two week all inclusive family holiday to the Royal Wings hotel. From start to finish we loved it! The staff in the hotel were very friendly and the service was exceptional. We finished one drink and another drink appeared or the waiter came and asked what we would like next. There were two people on rollerblades serving people at their sunbeds most of the day and later in the day they went round giving out ice lollies! There was a great variety of food throughout the day - we ate at the main restaurant, also the snack bar by the beach and there were different places you could go and get your food - pizza, doner kebab, baked potato, fruit, cake, ice-cream all available. Now to the animation team who were by far the best we have ever had (Mambo, Chiba, Hugo (a favourite of ours), Bonus, Pierro, Sasha, Karina and Max (the Michael Jackson tribute act). They were so friendly and very welcoming and worked so hard to ensure our stay was great. They organised different shows, foam party, Olympics day, Hip-Hop night, quiz, bingo - it was brilliant. The kids club were also lovely with our children: Bella, Alina, Aicha, Aksana, Nastia and Chiba. The children did a variety of activities, including a visit to the Dolphinarium (an extra charge). We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the hotel very much deserves its 5 star rating. Thank you very much Royal Wings - we even had tears from our children who didn't want to leave!

I cannot put into words how much I loved our holiday here, I would recommend it to everyone and I will be back next year without fail.

The Animation team (Chiba, Mambo, Bella) they are fantastic and a real asset to the hotel. They are the reason we enjoyed ourselves so much, we was at the activity pool everyday joining in on the pool games with them all and they work so hard to make sure we had fun and never showed a sign of tiredness even though I'm sure they were.

Food here is also great, I'd recommend the shore restaurant and turkish tent at lunch time as it's amazing and it helps you to not get bored having the same thing at lunch and dinner which is something I've found at previous hotels.

Rooms were always clean and kept topped up with drinks, no complaints.

Water park and lunapark were great for the children, we always went to the slides in the morning before going back to the activity pool for the pool game and the rides help to kill time before the evening entertainment starts.

Hotel grounds were always clean.

Staff always helpful.

Professional photographers are lovely, we had our pictures done and they are amazing and come in a little album, they don't pressure you into buying anything you don't want (this is something I've always disliked about other hotels)

Food corners serve fresh pizza, kebabs, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream and are delicious.

During the day staff skate around serving drinks and give out twisters and cornettos at the pool side (no extra charge, all free)

We only Visited the mini club a few times, once when Bella helped me organise a trip to the dolphinarium as the day they go was when we was leaving, so she booked a shuttle and sorted out tickets for us to go so we didn't miss out and when my son had his face painted which happens at 4pm everyday, they are really good with the children and my children had fun there.

Although very minor, I do have suggestions for the hotel, although these will not stop us visiting again.

Smoking is not allowed in the royal restaurant but allowed whilst eating at the shore restaurant, as non smokers it really puts you off your food.

I didn't like the fact we couldn't find out about late check out until the day we left and then was told we couldn't check out late, with 2 young children and not flying until 2am it was a little frustrating.

Last thing I'd recommend is finishing the mini club at 9 and maybe starting the evening entertainment straight after as children get bored and tired and as parents it's hard to keep them entertained for the 35 minutes.

Overall this is the best hotel we have been to and I have already been checking the price for next year as we are going to book again in a couple of months.

I've tried to include everything I can but I could go on for days about how much we loved it there, we arrived back this morning and I definitely have the holiday blues :(

The Perfect Holiday

First trip to Turkey for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage Daughters) and definitely wont be the last. Don't normally write reviews but we have had such a great time we felt compelled to say something. Starting with the hotel itself everything for us was perfect,. We had a duplex room on the 10/11 floor with fantastic sea views across the hotel pools and gardens. The pool area is fantastic with lots of bridges and greenery to give the whole place a quality feel. Food was also great, main restaurant was quality if not a little busy and the Chinese and Italian a la carte Restaurants were well worth the additional 10 euros per head fee. Highlights for our family were the garden party (basically a full blown Ibiza style party with DJ, large screen, Podium dancers, electric Violinist, the works, Wow), the pool foam party, Beach side pavilion bed (additional 35 Euro per person). All of the hotel, restaurant and bar staff (there are literally too many to mention individually) were fantastic and a credit to the hotel. But a special mention goes to the animation team, those guys work tirelessly from 10am to 1am every day keeping people entertained with some of the wackiest games and parties you'll ever see. All of the team are fantastic but special mention goes to Hugo, Bonus and the very flamboyant Venus for making my family laugh out loud from start to finish. We will be Back!!! Second Visit Family Hoiday

This is our families second visit to this lovely hotel the last visit was in 2012 Expectations were high for our vist as we had thoroughly enjoyed our first Wings experience. What can I say overall the hotel met it's same high standard if anything the customer service has improved in all areas staff are a credit to the group. Animation team especially made our holiday more special my daughter Laura spent most of her time with Sasha who helped make her holiday the best. Chibe and his tireless team are what makes the holiday. I enjoyed greatly my twice daily water gym . Also the bingo night garden party and quiz night . The only thing that disappointed and I think the hotel needs to review is the policy of charging extra supplement for the A la Carte the restaurants are an asset that is under used and most evenings sit empty as when we visited in 2012 this was not the case as each restaurant could be visited once ! Most complaints if any at all are about this issue. Sort it out and you will be no1

Very nice resort, perfect holiday

Very nice resort, perfect holiday. The staff was very friendly, the animation team done a very good job (the michael jackson show and the best couple from royal wings being the best shows), perfect beach and pools facilities and a huge choice of food and drinks. There are also a lot of food and drink facilities spreaded all over the entire resort. I also notice there is a bistro bar run from 24.00 -07.00, so basically the food and drinking services are available non-stop. It was our fourth vacation in Antalya, but this resort is the best one. We had a douplex room located at the 10/11 floor, so there was a lot of space as well as a very good confort. Not to say about the amaizing view from the top of the resort to the sea and to the entire facilities as well. I also have to underline the perfect cleanness existing within the entire area. The only negative point - the holiday was too short - only 7 nights :) . All in all - it was a perfect vacation.
