Tom Hon 18/06/2017 15:00Excellent hotel with amazing customer service. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are loaded with the most toiletries I've ever seen, the beds are extremely comfortable and the wifi was blazing fast. Royton is a great choice as the airport bus drops you off directly in front of the hotel (1hr 30min-2hr drive, but worth it). I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.
Hotel with Spacious Room
Charleen Lon 04/06/2017 12:03I stayed at this hotel or 5 nights. The room is spacious and the location is good. Three minutes to the subway station is 5 minutes with the taxi to the JR station. Many foreigners chose to stay at this hotel for the great location and the friendly staff. The hotel offers economic environmental policies. If you choose not to clean the bath tub, you will receive two free bottles of water . The only shortcut is that the mattress is a bit too soft for me, but it is acceptable.
A bit disappointed with the facilities here
ZulaikhaJuon 21/05/2017 11:41Not really sure on the room, but the facilities for business meeting was a bit disappointing for this hotel. A conference was organised here and meetings were held here as well. The hotel doesn't offer much places for us to sit and have a meeting and majority of the staff doesn't speak English. The cafe was horrible. Tried to reserve for a breakfast meeting, they said no reservation only walk in. The next day when i arrived early in the morning, just cause i want to reserve a table, there were few tables that were reserved! It was unacceptable!! Luckily one of the bus boy, Kibo, can understand me, helped me with my table. Thanks to him i managed to have a fruitful business meeting at the cafe. The location of the hotel is not really near to the shopping area. 10 mins away by taxi and the train station also quite a distance. On overall, i will only recommend if you don't have a choice for a hotel.
Overpriced
Bkkbarnstormeron 20/05/2017 15:02Location is good. Hotel was way overpriced during my visit. No bottled water available in rooms. Dated rooms would benefit from modernization. Poor breakfast. Fair value is apx 80USD. Seems to be a conference hotel as it does have big conference facilities.
best ever in Japan
labellavoceon 04/04/2017 02:36The weather being not so great on the day i visted, I was relieved by one of the staffs at Royton Sapporo Hotel. Her kindness melt my frozen body and mind in seconds. Spacious room, beautiful scenery from high floor, and great breakfast buffet will be all good memories from Sapporo. Thank you
