Lovely apartment hotel
Kavita Gon 02/02/2017 11:55We had rented a studio with double bed and kitchennete for 2 nights on Jan 23, 24 2017. The building was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Hosts Madame Monique and Guillaume were very welcoming and helpful in guiding us on getting around the city. The location was very convenient ; just five minutes away from bus, train and tram stops. We were able to access the nice airport with bus 99 and catch a bus 100 to Monaco with a walk of just 5 and 15 min respectively. A park for kids was 10 minutes away. Plenty of shops and restaurants were available a minute away.
My baby boy loved the owners cat madeleine. I would definitely recommend guests with kids to stay in this beautiful apartment hotel.
A Real Find
awhwon 24/01/2017 07:13I booked this due to web user recommendation, and while in so doing normally leads to disappointment, this is the right choice. It was a real find for Nice where I visited many times and know well. The location is great, near SNCF Gare and everything. The studio room, while smaller than what I expect, is nice and bright, and of course the best is that it has a full kitchen, and in France I go shopping in supermarkets, and a Monoprix is nearby. Staff courtesy is excellent. For the price, it cannot be beaten, it beats most normal hotels for value and comfort.

Vilma Won 18/01/2017 21:54The hotel just fulfilled all our needs. The staff was extremely friendly and the "hotel cat" just made you smile.
The apartment worked perfectly for a group and the beds were really comfortable.
The location of the hotel was also 5/5, just next door you could find a supermarket and it was only a short walk to the beach as well.
Very charming and comfortable place in the heart of Nice.

Apart from that, the place is fantastic: very nice and helpful staff, extremely well located in the city center, quiet, with total-black blind/shutters in the rooms! Amazing!, renovated rooms and bathrooms, spacious, decent Wi-Fi connection, clean, comfortable and cozy rooms.

Wilma Con 02/09/2016 23:21Got here very early & they hold our luggage for us while we went to Monaco. They were very nice & the suite/room super cool! Big, it has a little kitchen, you feel you live there! There is a small market steps away. Also, they have a washer & dryer, so you can do laundry, if needed. The street is not the prettiest, but it is a nice place & blocks away from the train station, like a 5 min walk.
