HappyTraveller111130on 09/02/2016 18:56Very well located accommodation for visiting Thonon with easy walking to the centre. Staff really helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and unusually have a kitchenette. Balcony quite useful if you happen to be a smoker! Found the wifi to be a bit clunky to use, but it did work. Would definitely stay again.

We ordered breakfast for our second day there. Our croissants were both black, charred ,burnt to a crisp. When we asked very politely for others they were replaced with 2 soggy, undercooked uneatable ones. Coffee had run out and there was no hot water. We had arrived exactly at our stated time. Very disappointing!
About 20 minutes down to the lake with an excellent swimming pool there. Not many places to eat in locally but the restaurent opposite was good ( if a little expensive.)
What a special place this turned out to be
AnnieB717on 29/05/2014 09:24This was the only Hotel with a room, when I needed accommodation suddenly, it was perfect I had a studio with a mezzanine with a bed, small well equipped Kitchen. The staff delivered Breakfast on time, it was spotlessly clean & the bonus was it had thermal baths attached, the pool was fantastic, lots of water jets, totally wonderful experience
