We were at this hotel 10 years ago. Maybe something changed to good..
The territory is small, the rooms also small, if you choose room- should ask to higher floors. The good thing was the beach and the sea.

Rubi Hotel is not how I expected it to be. I was there last year with 2 kids. Rooms are not really nice. TV is old, WC did not work. Food is fine. It is never a 5 star, rather 3 star. I don´t recommend it.

Are you ready for a hotel that will test your imagination on being the worst: Try Rubi. It says it has air condition. But the AC is not at your control. Hotel management decide on the hours that you will use your AC and it is not based on the weather. At the hours between lunch and afternoon, it is not working.

Hotel says everything is included but it is never making a comment on the portions of it. You may say it doesn't matter but believe me when you start to drink your beer on the glasses as big as a tea glass, you know it matters.

The hotel staff is completely impolite and they have no motivation to go on the other side. Even they are not capable to give you a proper bill when you pay you money.

Try other places. Your holiday is short and this hotel is not a place to loose time

We stayed at this hotel in June this year.
What you should know before you decide on this hotel:
First minuses:
Hotel is older and consists of two buildings - the building A has a great location right on the beach, but building B is on a busy road. Building B has all the rooms facing the road, there is a terrible noise. I stayed in building B on the top 5th floor, there was sea view, but still terrible noise from the road. The room was older, room facilities are old, extra mattress is short, torn and a few metal springs was out. It is very comfortable that the building B walks into the building A and to the beach underpass under the road.
In short, the hotel is not 5 * but * 3 +

And now pluses:
5 * beautiful sandy beach and wonderful clean sea - beach has rightly blue flag.
Beach chairs and beach towels are free.
A food now - I have to say that I am a vegetarian and vegetarian cuisine is very good. A large variety of salads, fresh vegetables, well-prepared cooked vegetable dishes. I recommend. I can not evaluate meat or fish because I do not eat.
The beachside restaurant make good baked cakes and pizzas and other snacks.
There is bottled water.
The hotel staff was pleasant, but almost no one speak English, only Russian and a little German.

Two years there and not a single regret

Me and my wife had been to the hotel for two year and we are more than happy. First off - very good beach - soft sands all the way. Second - nice, helpful and very polite staff.
Should you travel there - try to get a room at block A (it may be a bit older than block B) but right on the beach and sleeping on the sound of the waves trumps everything.
There are a lot of shops at a walking distance (no more than 5-10 mins).
