This is definitely a 2 star hotel - exactly as it states. However, I must say the owner was GREAT!!! He offered to take us downtown to an event and pick us back up so we wouldn't have to worry about drinking and driving. About 15 minutes after we checked in, he came up and made sure the room was sufficient for us!

It was quiet. It was cheap. The owner (assuming he was the owner) was very nice and accommodating and had his staff cleaning when I came in. Also made sure the door was open for me when I went upstairs. Other than that it was very dated, the carpets were stained, chair was stained, TV was old but worked. The wifi turned spotty but not sure if it was his setup or the provider that set it up for him. Bring your own pillow if you stay here as well. Those were super flat and I had to use 2.

This is not the worst place I ever stayed, but it's in the top 5. Temperature in the halls was about 95 and they smelled like urine, the carpet is torn up and ragged, the towels were stained and threadbare, the wi-fi doesn't work, continental breakfast must have been on some other continent, ( there wasn't even coffee) the AC was duct taped into a hole in the wall and couldn't keep up and they got my reservation wrong and then charged me an extra $20 cash to fix the mistake. I'd have told them to shove it but I paid online and it was non-refundable. Fool me once, shame on you. There won't be a twice.

Good location. Quiet. Wonderful owner/operator, willing to go way out of the way to please his guests. Hard worker. Not a real high class motel, but it worked for us for what we had to do while in Princeton.

Rooms could use a better clean thow. But if u need a place to crash for cheap it's OK place no pool but there is Wi-Fi and breakfast smaller rooms but does have smoking and non smoking . Located by liquor store ,Walmart ,advance d auto ,Verizon ,ect
