Stayed on business for 3 nights at a very reasonable rate inc a half decent breakfast. It’s not 5 star by any means but clean rooms, comfy beds and decent towels. Only let down if there was one was you needed to run the shower a while to get the hot water through. It was excellent value for the price and hence 5 star review

This hotel is the perfect place to stay short term. Close to the Olympia overground station and the Olympia Conference Center. The bed was very comfortable, not sagging or soft like most hotels. Nor did my room have a musty smell unlike a big name hotel around the corner that my friend was staying in. The staff was extremely helpful. I would stay here again if there was an event at Olympia again

Stayed here when visiting a 2-day event at the London Olympia.
Great service at reception, nice clean and modern rooms and a huge comfy double bed with air con.
I was actually amazed just how close it is to the olympia. Literally a 5 min walk and a single right turn.
Would definitely stay there again.
I didn't eat breakfast there, but it was great value at just shy of £8. You'd easily spend that at a local cafe or patisserie.
Complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits in the room too which is a nice touch considering the value.

Great Price and perfect location for London Olympia. Good size rooms and more than expected.
Only minor complaint was the breakfast and the service. We had not pre-paid but asked the evening before if we could still eat breakfast and pay on our departure. We were informed we could, but when we sat for breakfast we were greeted with a refusal to serve as we had not prepaid.
Left a bitter taste, the rudeness of the staff.
But apart from the hiccup I would recommend.

One night stay whilst visiting Apollo Theater. Hotel is right next to Olympia. The room was clean and tidy and found for only £59, for a double room not bad for London. The en suite bathroom was refurbished to a high standard. No single occupancy surcharge. The room had a safe,a fridge, tea and coffee making and guest slippers. Bed linen, towels etc all freshly laundered. Friendly staff on reception. Ok it is not like a holiday inn or upmarket hotel, it is a converted large terraced house but as a place to stay for a night I could not fault it. Breakfast was provided in a pleasant basement room for £6.90 again not bad for London. A very adequate breakfast was provided. Fruit juices, fruit, variety of cereals, toast maker, choice of continental style or cooked breakfast. Bacon, sausage, beans, tomato and pieces of omelette, tea and coffee. Again with friendly staff. Only draw back to watch for is its apparent proximity to tube station which is Kensington (Olympia) this station is a restricted service only open at weekends and when some events are on at Olympia. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Hammersmith.
