What People are saying

Very accommodating

madasa1024on 28/08/2017 19:14

My family and I started our recent two week national park here after flying into Jackson.
From the time we made our reservation, receiving an advance package through out departure morning breakfast , the lodge and its staff could not have been more welcoming and gracious.

While pricey , it's supply and demand and it seemed to us well worth the cost for the location and quality of stay. Would surely recommend.

Great spot to relax in Jackson

This is a wonderful lodge and spa. The staff here is amazing. The room was great and very cozy. I have to say the front desk people help you with anything. Jennifer is amazing there she set everything up for us from dinning and our horse ride at willow creek horseback rides. Thank you.

When the moon covered the sun!

Great location in a quiet corner of Jackson but convenient to many good restaurants, with the Wild Sage restaurant in the Rusty Parrot the best of them all. Hotel and restaurant service was provided by very competent and cheerful staff members who exceeded our expectations in every regard.

Still the best place to stay in town, but rooms need some updating

Love the food here, (best restaurant in Jackson) love the service, and personal attention, but after two recent stays in two different rooms, I must say that things are not up to speed for a hotel of this caliber. Oh, the beds are wonderful, so comfy with wonderful sheets, but the carpets in these two rooms needed replacing. Both had huge marks that you saw as you walked in from someone leaving a hot iron on the floor. The carpets were ruined! Not a big thing to fix either. I noticed the tile in the bathroom was cracked and needed to be replaced. Our air conditioner was a window unit. It didn't cool so well. I opened the window and noticed the screen was unattached away from the building, therefore bugs could fly in. I have stayed here many times over many years and yet it still looks the same: a cozy mountain atmosphere but maybe this decor is getting a bit tired?
