Wonderful B&B in Bosa
monskion 09/06/2017 22:01We spent 3 days of our honeymoon at S'Ammentu. We got a large and beautiful room with a separate living room and a large bathroom. The owner was very nice and friendly. In the morning he provided a very good breakfast at his cantina with fresh fruit, cheeses, cold cuts and other goodies. There was also a kitchen where you could cook and enjoy yourself in the evenings. Our room's room was cleaned daily and was spotlessly clean. We will deffinately be back and I highly recommend S'Ammentu. Thank you so much for a nice stay!
Easily avoidable place
DaNi Mon 14/07/2016 22:09Well, maybe it was a mixture of a lot of things but my experience was not good. The place is very cosy, a quaint building. But the wifi only works at the down floor, not the rooms. Our bedroom was given with the bed undone and uncleaned. After we complained, they change our bedroom.
Staff was nice but not competent.
Authentic charm
Marie19aon 07/09/2015 16:05This is a lovely quirky place to stay in the heart of Bosa, just steps from the river or the town centre. It's a beautiful old building - old being the operative word, so expect narrow winding stairs, quaint window shutters and a little bit of mustiness. But the charm of the place more than compensates for the lack of modernity. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who plied us with maps and escorted us personally to the best place to park. The owner is very charming and seems to be something of a local legend. No-one spoke much English so make sure you brush up on a few words of Italian! Our room was nice and clean with views over the rooftops. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. Overall a very friendly and welcoming place and recommended for a stay in Bosa.
Authentic, Clean and Central
DaraghCon 01/10/2014 22:03This is a lovely traditional guesthouse in the middle of Bosa. It's absolutely perfect for exploring the town and the owner was most welcoming. Our room was old fashioned but in a very charming Italian way. We only stayed one night but would definitely return if we're lucky enough to get back to Bosa. Must be said that the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sardinia.
Such a lovely place!
Loes1988on 01/10/2014 11:25This B&B is such a lovely place to stay when you're in Bosa. Bosa on its own is a very nice city, though this B&B added something extra to our stay. We had a room on the upper floor, which was large, really beautiful in the old style of the city and clean! The owner didn'd speak much English, and we didn't speak much Italian, but was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a few doors down the same street, extensive choices and big cappuccino's! Recommend it for sure! Note if you're trying to find the place with your car, that is not possible since it is a narrow street, though you can park in the area.
