Extremely incompetent staff
Natalia Ton 23/04/2017 03:00Booked through Expedia. When arrived the receptionist made us wait for 30 min while she was calling Expedia to check on details of our reservation. You might book directly. The room is OK for the price.
A happy customer
JAFA2016on 03/02/2017 09:31This motel proved to be ideal for us and the room, 220, being quiet. The location was very good for our visit with everywhere close to hand. It was fair value for money and certainly clean and serviced each day to our satisfaction and the breakfast was sufficient. I feel that the owners presented their establishment very well and did everything I could reasonably expect them to do to make my stay a good on and I would definitely return - they are nice people. I regret that I refused the extremely nice shirt that was offered to me, wish I had it now!
Good value for a night rest
Justmy2centavoson 09/01/2017 10:00Stopped here late just looking for a place to sleep for the night and they had the lowest price in town. Room was good and the bed was adequate. Too tired to check out the channel selection. Feels like it was just refreshed with some paint. Breakfast was consistent with your lower price hotels. Would stay again if we were in the area.
Minimal accommodations for a not so minimal price
ANNE Bon 02/10/2016 00:30Clean motel, convenient to I77. It seemed, however, that they were economizing in every possible way. The king sized bed had only three pillows, there were only two very small thin bath towels and one tiny soap, no other niceties like lotion or shampoo. The maid knocked loudly on the door in the morning despite the Do Not Disburb sign. This motel had less in the way of amenities than did other places where I have stayed for $20 less per night. There was a pool, however, and I would probably have enjoyed my stay more had I had time to utilize it.
Clean, but bad location
Pam Pon 09/09/2016 04:04Everything in the room was good. The only negatives were that the hotel is in an isolated area, and the roads into it were horrendous! You could hear sirens and road noise from inside the room. There was a continental breakfast, but the selection was minimal, mostly cereal, yogurt and bread.
