City heart with clean cool rooms for family or business
arghajit66on 30/08/2017 12:22We were staying overnight as family arriving from Arakku by car. Evening we took a short ride to RK Beach which was an awesome experience. Way back, we could see the shopping district a stones throw from this property. The restaurant in lobby level serves good quality food and the breakfast spread next morning was excellent. Overall, exceeded expectations !
Bad Hotel terrible staff and Mangers
amit523on 30/08/2017 03:51When we asked for GST bills on food expense the Managers started arguing with us instead of giving the solution later after a very hot discussion bill was provided, hotel cleanliness is poor, management and services poor.

Mayil Vaganan Gon 01/08/2017 08:48Excellent hotel situated at mid of city, friendly staffs and with excellent room service. Breakfast was good.i would recommend for business and family travel. The only concern is about the lift facility, that is pretty old one.

Room ambiance can be improved.
It is very pathetic that hot water service is available only in the morning. Also, I feel like the amount they charge for that small room is high with the amenities provided.
Things to be improved:
1. Towels should be changed, they are washed but they look ugly to use
2. Room should have a mini refrigerator
3. Hot water service can be improved
4. A/C is horrible

Complementary breakfast they have given multiple items food was good
Actual time of check in and check out was 12PM to 11Am but we have vizag at 7 he has given check in at 9 itself and check out also he was extended 2 hours.
