What People are saying

Great Hotel for what it is

Joseph Von 19/05/2017 20:29

I spent the night here while on a photography tour of Jordan. Certainly not the best hotel Ive ever stayed at but it was nice. The facilities and the rooms were adequate. Air conditioning worked, Wifi worked, beds were comfortable and the water in the shower was hot. What more could you ask for?

A business Hotel

Pierre Paul Mon 31/03/2017 20:13

We only slept two nights. The room is made up of a sitting area, a separate bedroom and an en-suite. Hotel is clean and well set up. En-suite well server with needs. Breakfast has continental components but the middle east is also found. Roof top bar (no alcohol) is expensive compared to other drinking places visited. Reception is friendly and helpful.

Hotel was below average

Poor infrastructure, with terrible rooms, uncomfortable beds, and noisy fans everywhere which disturbed our sleep to the point of only getting 1 or 2 hours worth of sleep in total.

Breakfast was ok, the chef who made the eggs was kind enough to do his best to make us happy.

The only element that salvaged the hotel was the fact that the receptionist Laith and another colleague were extremely kind, helpful and always looking to go the extra mile. Whether it was in getting good prices for pick-up cars, explaining the city, bookings - they were all in all fantastic.

At best this hotel can be rated a 2/5, location of the hotel is somewhere on the outskirts with nothing to do. However, because of the bad night I am going to unfortunately have to rate it 1/5.

Holy tour

Nice modern rooms. good breakfast. We stayed there overnight. It looks like a new hotel. We were part of a tour to holy land. Good food. Liked the place. It was organised by our Tour operator Zion tours and travels.

Below average on all counts !

We stayed here just for one night ( luckily ) on our trip to Jordan . The hotel is old and the rooms really need an upgrade . The breakfast buffet was seriously lacking in variety , taste and service . Very very limited options and bad food . Also they don't even give 2 water bottles complimentary with room stay . We got that at all the other hotels we stayed at in Jordan .
