Good Hotel, average restaurant

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, worth the price. The room was well climatised, there is a bottle of water in which is renewed daily. Enough shower gels and other small equipment.
Restaurant has only poor choice an is too expensive compared to the quality and quantity.

Very nice hotel

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Carpetras with nice rooms. I especially liked the bed, clean rooms en staff. The pool was also very good. We visit Carpentras to take the Ventoux. And it's a nice startingpoint.
The only minus is that drinks and breakfast isn't cheap.

Lovely setting

We had a lovely time and the hotel has a very good outside area. It's complicated with children as no food at all is served out of hours, so you need to be prepared. Restaurant is very good from 7.30 and the terrace is so nice for relaxing with a drink. Great pool area.

Could be good but currently is not

Firstly, I made an error and booked (via Bookng.com) a party of 6 people at this hotel back in February. Within 24 hours I realised I had made an error and they refused to cancel. Not only that but they took full payment from the card I had used to no more than secure the reservation. Booking.com advertise that their bookings are able to be cancelled up to very close to the arrival date. They still declined to help stating that the hotel's refusal overruled them. We reluctantly decided that as it was paid, we would have to use the hotel.

A few days before arrival, one of our party was taken ill and even then, they refused to cancel their room.

As for the hotel, the staff were mostly helpful. The weather was very hot during our stay and the rooms do not have a fridge. There is no kettle and the air conditioning has to be controlled by reception so if you want to change the temperature through the night, forget it.

The rooms were fairly comfortable wth good clean bathrooms. We were cycling so they . allowed use of their garage for our rental bikes. The negatives do however, in my opinion, more than override the few positives .

If you can avoid this hotel, I would suggest that you do.

Nice place to relax and unwind

Stayed here for a week with a group of cycling buddies. Staff were always helpful and accommodating, even with such a bunch of demanding divas. Top marks to the staff!

There is also a nice outdoor patio area, used on many an evening to enjoy a few 'beverages' and a chinwag after a hard day on the bike.
