Pathetic experience

We booked the place seeing the pictures online.dont get carried away by the images..there was no hot water..the toilets were worse then any public toilets...no room service at all..we ordered milk for kids and d thermos was disgusting n filthy.thy do not adjust at all for chk in n chk out..we paid the whole day charge for few hours...even after calling several times d staff does not cooperate. ..overall waste of money n pathetic experience. ..i would not evn rate it😈

Cleanliness and Service need a huge improvement

- Location wise, this is opposite to the Srinivasam complex, easy to reach and within the city. However the cross road on which this hotel is situated is a narrow road. If you're travelling by your own car, you might have to niggle it out a little (No big deal, if you're used to driving in Bangalore's cross roads).

- Parking space is available only for 2 cars. So do call up and reserve the space. We were lucky that there was only one other car when we reached the hotel late night.

- Cheap rooms with AC (Tirupati needs AC rooms! ), atleast with the discounts on offer. So full on value for money.

- Needs a huge improvement in service. We made 3 calls and had to walk down to the reception to get them to check out the geyser (which wasn't working initially). Another 3 calls to get them to provide water to the room. No towels were provided without being asked, no soaps.

- Cleanliness needs a big improvement. I think both the service and cleanliness are an issue because of the staff are a little careless.

- Checkout timings are flexible, isn't a strict 12 to 12

Before booking we called that hotel n askd v hve to check in by 6 in the morning....they said check in time wil be 12 pm only...12pm to next day 12 pm only standard check in n chk out time....other day v will adjust but in Saturday n sundays this is the timing....so v booked room from Friday to Sunday for checking in @ Saturday 8.00am....actual timing of check out is 12pm but on Sunday they forced us to check-out by 8 am... they said vacate nw otherwise u hve to pay rs.950.... v argued n showed two day booking receipt....but they refused to accept....so v booked room in another hotel....so one day cost was totally waste.....neatness was average....so don't prefer such hotels...

Check in & Check Out Timings between 12 PM to 12 PM - Not even relaxing for 30 minutes

Hotel is located nearby bus stand. Average in neatness.
Major issue is, due to my delay in travel I had to reach the hotel at 7pm, they pushed me out to vacate the hotel next day sharp 12pm. Some hotels like this making their check-in check out time for their convenience. Practically speaking, while we travel to other locations as a tour or trip, We may travel in night and reach the respective hotel by morning 6 am around. But these people are very strict to Checkin only at 12PM.

I had been to many hotels, they generally calculate 24 hours from the time of our check-in eventhough their Rules & Regulations says 12PM to 12PM. But this hotel is very worse in not even considering to extend for 1 or 2 hours even after request. These people are also commenting that all the other hotels in Tirupati has the same policy. This may not help at times for their business as well travellers.

An Average Budget accommodation

This one is situated in the lane just opposite to Srinivasam Pilgrim Home. From Tirupathi railway station they charge Rs.50 for auto to reach this place. Rooms are small. I booked One Triple bed AC & one double bed non-ac for my family. At the time of Check-in they collected a refundable deposit of Rs.500 though i made the booking & payment in advance through a travel website. They gave me Rooms 403 & 404 which were situated on the 4th floor near the lift. Throughout the night, the lift was moving up & down disturbing our sleep very much. Only good thing about this hotel is its excellent WiFi.
