Cheap clean decent friendly hotel

I picked this hotel as a last minute thing when I decided to drive to Paris for a couple of days away. I did so on the basis that there was a train from goussainville to Paris. However, it should be noted it is a train and not the metro, and therefore it was something like 15 Euro return per person and not included in the Paris carte or T+ Paris metro ticket system. Still. It was only 30 minutes in to Paris, and 10% of the cost of staying in Paris.
The hotel has free parking, so we left the car there, walked 10 minutes to the station and jumped on the train for the day in the city of Paris. The trains ran until at least 11 so no problems there. I don't think I'd want to walk from the station to the hotel on my own if I were a young girl on my own, but with friends you'd be ok. It was safe enough, in fact it's very quiet as it's really on some kind of industrial estate.
You don't stay here for any other reason except it's cheap. But you do get a clear hotel with friendly staff. For the price, you can't ask much more really.

OK hotel in unattractive industrial area near airport, ventilation needs improvement

I stayed here for one night in mid-October 2016 and paid about USD 60 including taxes and WiFi. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Although it is fairly convenient to CDG, about 15 minutes away if no traffic, it is located in an unattractive industrial area with very few places to walk to except a McDonald's and a couple of other roadside restaurants. As an Ibis Budget, it is, as expected, very basic, more like a university dormitory room than a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-lit. The WiFi worked fine. The TV was small and had, I think, only one English language channel. But the worst aspect of this hotel is that the ventilation system seems very poor. I was located on a non-smoking floor; yet the smell of smoke was so pervasive on the floor and even in my room that it almost seemed that someone was smoking in my room.

Just a one night stay to be near the airport and not pay a lot. It was a good deal except the bus shuttle was a about a 1/4 mile walk from the hotel. Not convenient late at night.
Gousanville is not as close to the hotel as I thought

Hi.
Its a shame that this hotel is part of IBIS chain of hotels.
Oaful room with broken things and no telephone to call the loby when needed. Even the elevator was not working and i find myself dragging my 50kg suitcasses up to the 4th floor.

Free parking and close to CDG

Simple and basic accommodation close to CDG. Close to a Carrefour and chain fastfood restaurants (KFC and McDonald's) that are open late, which is good if you're arriving late. Has free parking. Meets the price.
