3 and a half stars not more

The hotel starts to show signs some things are becoming dated. The rooms are ok, but there are some stains on carpets, walls etc. The soundproofing is acceptable.
The food in the restaurant is kind of tasteless despite the variety. The coffee blend they are offering is not of the level of a 5 star hotel.
The pool and SPA area need to be a bit cleaner
The best part of the hotel is the kids rooms. there are two young girls that do amazing job entertaining the kids.

The apartment was big one, very clean, amenities good, good food, we had a special dinner with live music on Saturday night. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is near the lake Kleptuza, away from Velingrad in a quiet surroundings.

A budget 5* hotel

Actually this is not a real 5* hotel. Some places in the hotel and swimming pool area weren't very clean and well kept. The hotel need be better kept. No outdoor swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool and the area around it is reasonable big but if the hotel is full of guests there is not enought place. Good food but at breakfast palm butter instead normal butter and glucose instead honey. Furniture and equipment already threadbare. Big and well equiped spa centre but spa procedures are nothing special. Friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. Good wi-fi.

Good property itself. But very terrible management, room comfort cold from windows, mold on the pool area and etc.

Mr Alexandrov the category of the hotel itself that you so despaired fight for is not good contestation. To make 5 star hotel and to do nothing to keep the quality of service and managing employees is nothing than bad management. We was with my family from 12 to 15 December in Sveti Spas. I will start from beginning after conversation by email with Гергана Станкова that our reservation is confirmed we arrived in the hotel and they told us that they make reservation for other hotel Bor not for Sveti Spas they managed and says that they can offer us Apartment for 6lv more ok this is nothing sure. We agree and they accommodate us. In the room there was baby coat that the cleaning lady said that it cost 10lv per day that nobody was told us. This is nothing that can make our trip bad it happens in other hotels but may be you must separate pages or reservation address for separate properties. The lights of the 4th floor are automatic but they turn off before you reach next one and that way you are always in dark also if you don't move for more that 10 seconds it turn off please fix this it was very bad experience when you try to open the door. The next thing is the room heating the windows and doors are not with good quality and are not isolating the noise and cold. When I measure the temperature at 6:42PM next to the heater it was 18 degrees and we was with kid 1 year and 10 months the result is now My wife and Kid are sick at home we called to fix this but they said the heater is working well this is. The temperature in the kids room on 1st floor was also not heated may be they get sick from one of the 2 places but I don't think it's good when you get out from the bathroom the temperature to be 18 degrees. There is a lot of mold in the pool area this is more than normal when there is water but with good maintenance it's manageable(what you think Mr Alexandrov?). In the restaurant for 3 days i get 4 wrong checks is this normal? The employees was young and not very experienced but again where is the management they was speaking all the time each other and I have to call them to serve me a drink. Next situation is my wife get early and go for a drink at 7:00AM and the answer of the reception was again very clever "Nothing works now at 7.00AM and there is nobody that can make you coffee the boy said and my wife asked him but I got coffee a lot of times even in not 5 starts hotels but the boy assure my wife that there is no that service in other hotels" and she must wait 30 minutes for restaurant to open to get coffee. MR Alexandrov I really appreciate the Hotel and the owners of this property but as I told you in the beginning to just make Hotel to meet 5 stars authority requirements is not only needed to get satisfied customers. I read a lot of comments fro your side that you fight for your 5 stars but believe me you will get much better service in 3 stars Hotel I have Platinum card for Accor hotels over the world and the receptionist in 3,4,5 stars Hotels made coffee for me if I need it in not working hour of the Lobby bar may be you have to teach your employees instead of giving example of other hotels to do their jobs and also my suggestions is to do your job instead of that to be proud to be working in this hotel with Biggest Spa in Balkans. In the end I want to say good words for few things in your hotel because there isn't only bad thing to say about your hotel.
The food in restaurant was excellent, the Animator girl was very helpful and did her best in working with kids. The pools are good and the temperature of the water is great. The Spa is amazing the massage are very good.
But when family wants is overall experience that we didn't have.
The property itself have very good potential.
For me will be pleasure to invite me to your hotel again next year with fixed issues and I don't want this for free I will pay but I want to get good experience instead of sick family.

We had great time there and it was good relax. The hotel has well organized staff and everything is going very smooth. As a building is quite big and maybe is not so good idea but they implemented it well in the enviroment. My small daughter had real fun at the swiming pools, but not at the last place with the two girls in the kids place. Food - well done for the dinner but and breakfast as well. The only thing I didn't like was the incredible and bad condition of the roads and streets all around. OK, the hotel has to follow its own building and area, but all around is with big holes. I think if every single hotel could repair only the holes not faraway than 500 meters all the city will looks great. Of course they are paying taxes but I hope only in this way they can push the major of the city to increase public works.
