This is my second trip to samara hotel, friendly staff, feels like home, great hospitality, great food, and of course excellent spa.The treatment is very good, and the spa staff are very skillful... Thank you Samara hotel management for this excellent vacation... I wish it did not end ❤️

Family holiday

Went to the Samara this Summer with my granddaughter and my so and his wife, we asked for two rooms together and that's what we got, beautiful rooms, large and spacious with good size bathroom with bath, shower over, air dryer etc
Food was amazing at every sitting and all drinks were fine, not watered down shorts as you sometimes get on all inclusive
Fantastic grounds plenty of sun beds and large swimming pool, with the beach and more beds just a few steps away from pool area
Fantastic day time activities but let down on the evening activities as only mini disco and sometimes a show after
This is a hotel that is very popular with Turkish, French and Germans, not many English, did not bother us but my 10 year old granddaughter found it a little difficult to make friends
Over all a fab hotel and holiday

Manager attitude

I was going to inter inside the restaurant and I didn't knw that there's a dress code and the manager attitude was sooooo aggressive and bad and he was talking in a rude way and he was like are u going to inter like this while he is pointing his finger to me up and down !!!!! And I was asking about the manager and he said I am the manager I don't knw his name but he was wearing blue blouse and glasses
Really all the stuff amazing but the manager and he is sooo rude and if it will still like this u will loose ur customers and I wish to take an action ..
Because no matter what he shouldn't talk to me like that way !!

Great Hotel and Spa

Staff is very friendly and hospitable. My family and I come to Samara every summer because we feel like we are at home. I love the spa there; planned on having one massage and ended up having 6! Excellent therapists with good prices and most importantly humble people. Looking forward for next year already.

Terrible Customer Service

Very dissatisfied with the service and food. I will rate the hotel itself as a 3 star for their facility and 0 for food and management.

1. Inclusive food is subpar (Terrible) and for Turkey, shameful because the Turkish cusine is amazing.So we decided to skip the buffet and order room service (on charge) expecting decent food.
2. Ordered a cheese burger for dinner and received what looked like a cheeseburger but with white meat.. Took over an hour to deliver.
3. Tried to order again and specifically asked for a beef cheeseburger as well as a club sandwitch. (Pictures attached) I received the same as before but with a slice of what looked like leftover roast beef from the all inclusive buffet. And a club sandwitch which only resembled a club sandwitch neacuse it was held together with a toothpick
4. Complained to the cheff who said he would come personally to see the food at the room...never came.
5. Spoke to the night manager about the problem who also said he'd come to the room and bring the cheff with him...never came.
6. All we wanted was for the charge to be removed from our bill and for them to acknowledge that we were not being unraesonable.We waited over 4 hours from the moment we ordered the first time,till we gave up and went to bed starving.
