What People are saying

Overpriced

huriasahilon 30/08/2017 14:37

*Big resort with poor maintenance
*Extremely costly and tasteless food
*Swimming pool is good but needs more maintenance and better functioning
*Most of the Staff was friendly but people at reception were very rude and lazy (we had to wait for 20 mins to go to our rooms after reaching the place)
I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Pathetic resort, un-maintained sport grounds, unprofessional and lethargic staff and management. Claim big deliver low

Sunil Son 30/08/2017 12:54

Claims big on ground maintenance and food quality, but both were in bad shape. Asks for payments upfront. Rude staff and unprofessional management. Only harp about their policies as if they have opened a resort on moon. Well versed in giving you shockers at the most inconvenient time. Pathetic looking junkyard, only pictures on the internet are good -maybe morphed.

IN-Hospitality at its best!!!!!

Our experience here was everything that could be a corporate group traveler’s nightmare!!! Untrained staff – both front desk and sales staff were highly unprofessional. Huge promises were made by the sales team and they were unable to deliver on the basics required to run a hotel/resort. Unmaintained property – tall grasses in the play area, including basketball court (yes, even there!!), joggers park, volleyball court etc. Unclean swimming pool. Damp smell in all the rooms (we had booked ~13), broken cups, smelly electric kettles. Unpleasant food – breakfast was the only good thing, lunch and dinner menu lacked both variety and taste.. overcooked chicken.. sour curd.. cold chapattis/vegetables.. the list is never ending... Worst place to go for a group outing!! Waste of both money and efforts!! Would never ever everrr suggest this place to anyone......!!!!!

Totally un-maintained resort, highly unprofessional staff, especially the sales team

- The sales team promised the best service but there were shocking communication gaps between sales and ops. The operations team was not fully aware of the services offered. The worst part was that none of them claimed responsibility and blamed everything either on rains or on other each other. A night before our trip, the person who sold the trip package to us told us that she will be staying in the resort but next morning (around 8am), when we asked to meet her, the front desk said she left the resort a day before and kept fumbling when confronted.
- Only the front side of the resort was maintained, rest was in bad condition - the joggers park and basketball court had high-length grass (just below the knees) and looked more like a junkyard (with old furniture) - and management blamed everything on rains and it can also give thousand reasons for how the front lawn could be maintained despite the rains.
- Non-responsive staff - the staff did not do much to make up for wrong commitments and bad service. The team had to be reached out to multiple times for a single request. One room was upgraded (the only good thing they did for us) but the key was given to us after multiple requests (after 2pm).
- Food: Not up to the mark, except breakfast (which was quite good). When the feedback was given about the food quality, the staff refused to accept it saying it's about an individual taste, although ours was a collective feedback of 27 people.

This was the worst corporate trip we have ever had - total waste of money and efforts. Have never had such a harrowing experience.

Poor piece of customer service
