We booked here kinda last minute and found the price to be right considering it was on the beach. The pictures of the condo looked nice on HomeAway and the condo we had was fine. This one is owned by an individual I believe instead of the realty company. The only real issues we had was the bed in the master bedroom is almost completely next to the wall so whoever sleeps on the side by the window has to squeeze by the wall just to get to bed. If you try to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you can't without waking the other person up. We also had to bring sheets, pillowcases, paper products, towels and washcloths. I've been on about 25 vacations all over and never had to do that, kind of frustrated but I guess there's a reason for it. The real issues we had with this place is the people that stayed here! Every night people lighting fireworks, that's fine at 9, 10, 11 o'clock but at 2 and 3 in the morning people are trying to sleep! Also lights shining in our windows all hours of the night. We also stayed right next to the hot tub. One night there were a bunch of young kids down there, filled it up with bubbles and were yelling until like 4AM! Not cool. Also I guess smoking is permitted in there so the hot tub and pool was out because I can't be around cigarette smoke for even a second. Also the dogs on the beach is great but if they poop in the ocean that's disgusting and I also saw that! There was never anyone in the office to address any of these issues! Also anywhere we have ever stayed the pool is outside and there's always been a DJ or music or karaoke, something fun for the family, not this one. Completely sucked! The people who own this one we stayed at were really nice but we will never, ever be back, very rude inconsiderate people that stay here. I'm glad it wasn't completely booked to deal with anymore of them!!

Worst visit of my life, brought back more than what we got in

Me and my family have stayed here for the past 5 years. The first two were amazing, the 3rd time the AC went out and it was miserable because we were not given any help by management, 4th time our washer and dryer stopped working so we spent the entire vacation trying to get it fixed with of course no help. But this last visit was the absolute worst!! We got there Saturday evening, put our things up, visited with each other, looked at the view, and then we realized how dirty the room was. Food crumbs everywhere, stains on the floors, bathrooms disgusting, and the best part was when we pulled the drawers out to put our stuff in, there was drug paraphernalia. Not just a few things: bags of weed: rolling papers: crushers: pill packets: everything. It was ridiculous. The rest of the trip was as follows but the 2nd to last day, someone had pooped in the pool, that's not the hotels fault. The hotels fault was not cleaning it and me and the 4 others in my family brought back home a UTI from the e. Coli in the pool. But this tops off everything, there were bugs in the beds and now we have carried them back to our home. We will never ever come back, the only good thing about this place is how close it is to the beach.

We rented this 6th floor 2 bed/2 bath condo for a week during the off-season, to look at purchasing an investment property for ourselves. We found Veronica's condo (#611) on Airbnb and it was just as described. Very small (you had to be pretty skinny to walk around the bottom of the bed to get to the window side of the master bed) and the beds are placed quite high on permanent wooden frames, but the bed was very comfy, as were the couches, the flat-screen TVs were large and there was one in each bedroom, as well as the main room, everything was clean and worked (except for the jetted tub) and the view was amazing. Would also work well for 2 couples so long as the weather was good and you weren't stuck in the condo all day!! Might be a bit cramped then. Oh, and Veronica was very responsive when we had a quick question. Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife,son and I spent the 4th of july holiday here.This place was perfect.. Good location . clean and well maintained .quiet . pool was a good size and clean hot tub as well .plenty of parking . A++++.. Will stay here again .

Horror!!!

I just arrived here today and it is already a nightmare vacation! I paid pretty penny for this room and received absolutely nothing for it! Room was not ready in any sense of the word! It was not cleaned, vacuumed, wipped or attended to in any way. Hair, crumbs, sand, food pieces all over the place! Bathrooms were not cleaned, dirty trash cans were left behind in both bathrooms and you can imagine our horror when we saw that! I called management immediately, who said they would send the cleaning crew right away. We went to the beach, thinking we would give them a few hours to get it cleaned, came back 3 hours later and no one even came!!!! I called back the management who seemed clueless and said they would look into it. 10 min later they called me back and said the crew would be arriving in 45 minutes! My family and I don't know how to recover from this... I will NEVER come back here again and I suggest you do the same!!! Absolutely disgusting!
