Our room was clean, modern, amazing HOT shower and the location was fabulous. We overlooked the main street although heard no noise at night as this area becomes very quiet after about 9 or 10:00 p.m. Directly on Via del Corso, convenient to dining, shops, sights, you can easily walk to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon and many, many other highlights. The concierge hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm which we found to not be a problem as some reviews have complained about. The staff is professional and very willing to provide local information with in depth knowledge. The included breakfast is very typical and they offered (already cooked) lightly fried eggs which was a nice bonus. The pastries and coffee were also excellent. Although the breakfast room is nothing special, it adequately meets the need for breakfast, local planning with the concierge, and the included evening wine happy hour. I would absolutely book here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great welcome by Martina, nice tips & tricks 2 discover Rome.
Clean high-Tec room, rainshower, minibar, flatscreen, airco.
Nice breakfast, personal service @ the table, very friendly.

View from our room not very spectacular. But location is perfect.
From 8' til 20u there is always someone available @ the desk.

We GO definately back !

Avoid at all cost

This place should be a movie set for "hotels from hell". 5 months after making a fully pre-paid booking, I still have not received a response or an apology from the hotel. After some very misleading pictures on the website, I was convinced it was a nice place to stay for a weekend. Upon arrival, the room had a repugnant smell (rather like bleach being used to cover up questionable stains on the furniture), the "staff" (one person with little command of English) was unable to offer a better alternative so I had to leave the premise and check in to a nearby alternative hotel. They promised the manager would make contact if I emailed him, but no luck so far. Do yourself a favour and find an alternative option.

The staff was amazing. They happily scheduled 2 tours for us and set up transportation to the airport. They were very helpful in recommending attractions to visit and suggested the best times to see them.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated albeit a little small. I've already recommended this property to 2 friends and would definitely stay here again if we visit Rome again.

Perfect little retreat right in the crntre

We stayed here in the King Suite for 4 nights mid Jan for our honeymoon.
Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect, less than 5 mins from the Spanish steps one way and the Piazza Del Popolo the other. Everywhere is easily accessible on foot and well worth walking for all the amazing little sights you see en route (plus makes all the pizza, gelato and wine see less guilt free)
The staff at the hotel were so helpful, had a couple of issues with our spa bath and Simon was there pronto to fix it, the lights didn't change colour (not something we were bothered about) but he tried his hardest to reset them despite us not minding.
Happy hour was a lovely touch, a glass of prosecco or grappa whilst planning our evening.
The room itself was lovely, comfiest bed ever and an amazing jacuzzi that helped relieve the aching feet after miles of walking.
We will definitely return to Rome and would definitely come back to this hotel.
Thanks for helping make our break so special.
