The studios are with a wonderful location across the road from the beach. Very close is the great beach where the wind blows and you can watch the kite surfers.
We had a triple room, great size, very clean. Wonderful pool and pool bar, which is not very often in Lefkada. Great host.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff

Really enjoyed my week here with three friends. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean with good facilities, good pool (with no sea water) and there was a nice restaurant at the pool. The hotel is near Lefkada (3 km) and is perfect for kitesurfers with the beach in front of the hotel. On walking distance there are not a lot restaurants or supermarkets. A rental car is recommended, to go to Lefkada for example, which is €7 by taxi.

No Luxury at all! Got robbed there!

We stayed ar San Giovanni studios for 10 days with a child.
There was no luxury in a room, everything is old! The bathroom needs urgent renovation.
Our child got a small electrocution while trying to turn the light above the bed on!!
We also almost got robbed there. We asked them to provide us washing service so they called a company which washes their towels and co. and the guy from the cleaning service came to our room and charged us 20€ for 5 pieces. I asked him to give me a bill, he just wrote something on the paper, and than I asked for a real check! And the studio owner than said he has called a service manager (I don't know if it's a thruth because they were speaking greek), and he admitted that the guy told him that it really costed 15€ instead of 20.. And the owner knew it all the time but didn't come to us to tell!

The front beach is the worst beach I've ever seen. It is full with garbage and grass.

No luxury and bad service if you face problems

The rooms are not luxury at all. The bathroom was old and well used . The room we hade 104 hade a broken refrigerator and that was reported from us from the first day without any responce . When we show some days later how the milk and the fresh kalamares that we hade in the refrigerator hade been destroyd. The son of the owner did not do anything about the issue. His behavor is as bad it can be. Finally after severals phone calls to the owner send a person to repair the refrigerator. The overall issue was handled bad from the management of the hotel. I was near to refuse to pay the room in normal price due to above issue . If they cannot handle customers in a good way they should re-think to act in this business.

We stayed here for 5 nights in June, the apartments and grounds are lovely with a smashing swimming pool, a small bar area and plenty of sunbeds and car parking spaces.
The breakfast was ok, not brilliant, but we chose to do our own thing anyway.
We found the location very beautiful but a bit isolated, not much around there within walking distance, Lefkada town is a 10min drive away. This is the 'windy' side of the island where the Kite and wind surfers hang out, a fabulous sight to see all of those coloured kites over the sea and the amazing skills of the people riding them.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Over all, if you just want to switch off and relax this is the place.
