we booked the apartment it was not what we thought we were getting. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy. The photos must have been taken 10 years ago. Literally I put my hand on the sink and it almost felt like it was going to fall off. If you are american definetly not a 4 star more like 2.5 to 3. Sorry to the folks running the place they were nice but not the standard Americans are used to.

This hotel is located three blocks away from the beach in Bocagrande, my family and I had a pretty and clean room assigned and most of the time the staff were very kind. Even though, I would like to point out that the Wi-Fi connection was very intermittent and the breakfast options were almost the same during the three days we ate there.

Stayed here with a mission team. It seemed every room was a little different, not cookie cutter. AC worked great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet to get our day started. A comfortable, homey place to stay.

After a horrible experience in another hotel, we were so happy to find this little place right around the corner. It's clean, the staff speaks English, which for us made it very helpful, great breakfast, close to the beach, many restaurants close by, great air conditioning, large room, safe, amazing staff. Was absolutely wonderful without being over the top and the price was great. A real gem amidst many others that may be more expensive and not nearly the value.

Nice decor, beautiful big room, nice free buffet style breakfast, good restaurant, whiting short walking distance of beach, restaurants and all kind of shops, plenty of cabs available to any attraction.
Would definitely recommend !!
