kostaevion 01/02/2017 19:57We stayed in this B&B the last weekend of January. The room is clean with ensuite bathroom, breakfast was included in the price,it was simple (a croissant,butter,marmelades,bread,juice and coffee) but nice. Everyday cleaning in the room. Vicenzo,the owner was very helpfull,he waited for us at 19:00 when we arrived and explained everything to us.Also last day you can leave your baggage in the house and take it anytime you want and just leave the keys on the kitchen table. A small issue with the noise only as you can hear everyone on the common areas. Free wifi which worked very good!!
Overall it was a good stay and i recommend it.

Tonia Non 14/03/2015 23:44First of all, this is not a hotel room. It is an apartment room. The room wasnt us we had seen it in the pictures and the sheets were torn. The bed was really hard. Room service didnt exist (we stayed there for 3 nights and they only cleaned it once. The breakfast wasnt enough for the price (it was only some croissants and milk or juice ) and nobody told us how to use the coffee machine so we didnt had coffee as breakfast at all. There was so much noise from outside,we could here the airplanes pass above the sky and the railway. The owner was good,but gave us a room that wasnt worth the money. The owner didnt know very good english and there was no communication . It was a terrible experience. I dont recommend it.

t don 24/02/2014 16:25Large, clean room with balcony, ensuite bathroom, close to Vatican. My husband and I were booked for a cruise departing from Civitavecchia the last week in May 2013 and we needed a 1 night accommodation after our flight. We found this place which met our needs. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the Vatican and less than a 5 minute walk from the San Pietro train station. The 5th floor apartment reached by quaint small elevator has 4 bedrooms each with its own modern ensuite plus the shared kitchen. The owner Signor Vincenzo is the perfect host, like a favourite uncle in Italy. He was most helpful and generous with tips and directions to get around. Would definitely recommend staying here. (Also known as S. Pietro Terrace.)
When you first arrive in front of the apt building gate, just press the buzzer and Vincenzo will arrive shortly. Then you will enter towards the courtyard leading to the elevator and stairs on the right.
Perfect Valentine Weekender
JasonandNickyon 03/10/2013 12:09Stayed here in Feb 2012 and loved it, yes was a trek to find it but find it ok we did and Vincenzo was waiting for as promised, despite us being late, no gripes! We had a room with bathroom facing the station, which was ok until we were woken up at 5.30am every morning by the trains braking into the station! Still it meant we had a full day of exploring to do! Great location near Vatican, great to see all the sites etc.
Excellent B n B accommodation
Mark Ron 02/07/2013 08:17Very clean, well- organised, friendly and centrally placed. The old shutter broke while we were there which was a little alarming, but he was fast to get into it. All three rooms share the balcony (with a view towards St Peters Basilica which is great for breakfast in the sun) so some co-operation is required. Highly recommended.
